There`s a Bier Keller opened on West Street. I personally would never go in there again. It's very expensive as well as being crap!! Not a patch on the Hoffbrauhaus.

Ahh Zakes, you make me smile each time i read one of your posts.I You may remember the 3rd house on the cresc!. (from Birley Spa Lane) the front garden was always full of flowers!!! But had he caught you he would have tanned your hide. Lol. Funny how the long walk to Birley School never seemed far in those days! I always met up with Sandra & Julie about half way and chatted about ???? you never know, when you came to Birley secondary we may have even talked about you !!! I have organised a charity night to raise money for Cavendish Cancer Care. Its on 30th May at G. Casino on Queens Rd. Tickets are £10 each which includes a hot buffet, and entertainment by Dixi Tucker (drag artist) £5.00 from each ticket sold will go to Cavendish. Please pm me if you are interested
