Hi I'm moving house Wednesday and don't wont to take my old fridge freezer. It's not in a good enough condition to Freegle it. Do scrap men take them away or do I have to pay the council for collection?

I recommend electrician Matt. We needed an earth bonding to a gas pipe for our house sale to complete . Matt came Tuesday and gave us a reasonable quote. The work was completed quickly the following day and certificate receipt given. Will use again in our new home http://www.mjb-electricalservices.co.uk/

Disable awareness for Pub door men needed
chocotiger replied to chocotiger's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
It took 12 months for Andrew to get diagnosed so no we don't expect Joe public to know what's wrong with him. The door man was rude and unsympathetic once Andrew had explained his MS ---------- Post added 22-07-2013 at 09:27 ---------- I've tweeted and FB but got no reply. Star newspaper are interested in the story but my husband doesn't want further embarrassment ---------- Post added 24-07-2013 at 20:36 ---------- Pleased to hear of your good experience in Boots....they pay my wages :-) -
Yes it was the same when I went in last week. They shouldn't have to work in those conditions. Uncomfortable customers will leave before filling their baskets

My husband visited The Old House on Devonshire Street for his birthday. While returning from the toilet and waiting for his for his friend to return from the bar a door man physically removed him from the pub. Once out side my husband was told he was drunk and couldn't go back in. My husband explained that he was not drunk and suffers with Multiple Sclerosis which affects all down the right side of his body and his balance. The door man didn't know what to say and treat my husband as if he was lying about his illness. My husband the asked the opinion of another door man stood near by. He looked embarrassed and said it was OK for him to go back in and join his friend. The first door man said "yes and sit down and behave your self" It as took my husband along time to come to terms with MS and this incident as knocked his confidence terribly. He now only feels comfortable drinking locally
