Depends on the person making the promise really. The site will give them lots of advice on how to keep their promise and will get in touch from time to time to see how people are getting on. Popped in an hour a go and I'm now happily sat at my desk with a full tummy! Very very nice lunch, would recommend to all. There does appear to be some teething problems, and things did take a little longer than they should but it was good where it matters most - the food.

I went to arco yesterday, they have to order them in so it will take too long, and I don't have a makro card - who would have thought this would be so difficult! Thanks for the help everyone.
