  1. Have you considered getting on the property ladder Daddy via a mortgage? The rent you pay a month could cover a mortgage on a decent little place that you would eventually own.
  2. What about the British dual nationals who go abroad to take part in the Israeli genocide? Will they too be sanctioned? More double standards by the West….
  3. Some children are slow developers and my second child was late getting out of nappies and now he is 12 he has been diagnosed with some special needs so no I don’t agree with this. We are all different and I don’t think it is a sign of lazy parenting…
  4. Don’t know the answer but Costco sell incontinence items so might be worth doing a price comparison = https://www.costco.co.uk/Health-Wellness-Special-Events/Aids-for-Independent-Living/Incontinence/c/cos_7.2.9
  5. It was the home I lived in with my mrs and children so was really upsetting. I have other properties but it’s the betrayal by a sibling that hurts. My parents have disowned her and have said that her share of any inheritance will be given to me as punishment so in the long run she will be worse off financially…
  6. Not a loan but I did trust my sister to get a mortgage in her name as I wasn’t able to get one back in 2006 for a house and last year there was about £30k owing on it so I said I want to pay it all off and get it on my name but she decided that I wasn’t having it and then went on to sell it in January this year for nearly £200k My 2 brothers refused to give a statement confirming that I was the beneficial owner of the house citing various excuses so we are now enemies. My fault for trusting her as I should have got a legal agreement drawn up at the time but we were really close back then. My advice would be that if you did loan money to family or friends then get a legal agreement drawn up. If it’s a small amount like a couple of hundred pounds and you don’t get it back then look at it as costing you a couple of hundred pound to find out what kind of scumbags they are.
  7. He was my Btec business tutor in Stradbrook college years ago…
  8. People from poorer countries tend to have more children as a safety net due to the higher risk of death and disease. Imagine only having one child and then that child ends up dying in their early teens and the parents are left childless and have to rely on others to look after them. I have 5 children and when I’m an oap I will have a choice of 5 to look out for me. I don’t believe anyone can dictate how many children you can have, look at chinas one child policy and other month they was on about chinas declining birth rate= https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-china-68002803
  9. Maybe because this time the genocide is actually caught on video as it happens..
  10. Why’s that then? I know there are quite a few racists in px and yes I live near there and I have lived in PX back in the 90s so I know the area very well. Would the local thieving scrotes on the motorbikes give the protesters hassle or would it be the EDL types that are scattered around the area? 🙄
  11. I saw a guy outside Tesco in Pitsmoor yesterday who to me looked genuine down on his luck and I asked him what he wanted food wise and ended up buying him a few different items of food. After he told me what he wanted I asked him if he wanted money instead and he said no the food items is what he wanted…
  12. It’s usually the men coming over so they can work hard and earn money to send back home to look after the rest of the family. Everyone wants better life so can’t really blame people for trying to get in. I agree it is burdening us a country but if I was in their situation I would do the same. I didn’t see many moaning when the Ukrainians were allowed over with the right to work and homes provided etc so I think some of it is to do with colour/teligion…
  13. I need to pop out for something so think this article can explain it= https://foreignpolicy.com/2024/03/06/ramadan-israel-hamas-war-cease-fire-talks/ There is a risk that it could end up turning into a regional war and continuing during Ramadan May be the straw that breaks the camels back so to speak… Israel has already took the **** bombing most of the mosques in Gaza already…
  14. Just seen on the news that the proposed port in Gaza would take a minimum of 60 days to get up and running!! What an absolute disgrace!! if the war carries on into Ramadan then I’m sure others will be getting involved in the war..,
  15. Because America is a hypocrite, the USA could stop supplying arms to Israel but instead it’s giving weapons with one hand that are killing Palestinians and with the other it is dropping aid in too pull the wool over peoples eyes. Im sorry but this is just an election gimmick..
  16. I know where you mean, I have been down it myself a few times when I was younger and you are right. Bout having to stop in time!!
  17. Is this the bit where there is a big metal flap where the water is coming out that is flowing down the stream? I remember this but as I used to mess about down there when I was a kid about 37 ish years ago. I havnt been back there for years but I’m going to go up sometime to see what it’s like now…
  18. I wonder how the Muslim soldiers in the British army would feel after reading some of the comments on here? Muslims are good to fight for the British army but when you are killed some of the British public resent money being spent on a dedicated memorial. No wonder some Muslims think **** intergrating because you are never fully accepted anyway and I personally have heard some say this. Absolutely disgraceful thinking imo…
  19. Britain is dropping half a million pound bombs in the Red Sea situation, I’d say that’s more of a waste of money.
  20. I assumed you were intelligent enough to realise the point I’m making.
  21. What are your thoughts on the matter? You seem to drop these kind of threads like a Grenade in a room and run for cover? 😂
  22. Maybe it will make the bigots realise that it wasn’t only non Muslims who fought in the wars for the freedoms we enjoy today.
  23. Try Nova Electronics on Attercliffe Road Sheffield S9
  24. We Britain should not be supplying arms to be used to commit genocide and we shouldn’t be bombing other countries Willy nilly in order to keep our master the USA happy then should we?
  25. The Uk is complicit in the Palestinian genocide and unfortunately yes it does put the UK at risk from people who are not happy about this. Do you think we can bomb countries Willy nilly, supply weapons that are used to commit genocide and not expect an attack in response? Rishi sunak and the **** head MPs who voted against a ceasefire are the ones to blame and have put all us British citizens at risk. Rishi Sunaks wife’s company has links to Israeli firms and Kier Starmer is married to a Jewish woman by the way so we know why they were against it. History will say that Britain was complicit in genocide alongside the USA and Europe…
