The USA and others support Israel that is an apartheid state that is continuously annexing Palestinian land, controlling how Palestinians live including food, water and electric and uses military detention to lock up palestinians including young children for years on end without charge. Iran isn’t Snow White but you can’t expect them to get attacked and then not retaliate. Israel is its own worst enemy and it constantly has to be the victim in order to ride roughshod over everyone else and then they wonder why not everyone like Israel. Israel is a state not aJewish and people need to stop conflating the two.

Israel is the USA proxy/ military outpost in the Middle East, Ukraine is being used by the west to fight with Russia etc Why is it ok for Israel to go striking other countries against international law but when a country like Iran retaliates which it is allowed under the UN charter it is somehow not allowed? The CIA funds different groups all around the world and even pays some of them in narcotics. Attacking other countries embassies is an act of war so how can Israel get away with doing that? (On the news it said that they had privately admitted to doing it) This is the problem with the west and then we wonder why people around the world don’t like us and want to harm us.

It’s the fault of immigration numbers coming in and not the fault of immigrants themselves so the above is to blame because the govt actually makes plenty of money through visa applications etc hence why they are not controlling it.

I blame the likes of Sarah beeny with her program about buying houses to fix up and sell on or rent out in the early 2000 onwards years plus the free movement from Europe and other immigration coupled with the shortage of properties that has lead to where we are now. It didn’t help that about 30-40 thousand properties were knocked down and not replaced by Sheffield council and we don’t know how many were knocked down by other councils although I understand the councils reasons were that they had loads of empty properties. I also think UK property should not be allowed to be bought by foreign investors as that also causes a disadvantage. Immigration is to blame for the rise in population but we shouldn’t blame the immigrants we should blame the Govt who should check we have enough housing stock to cope with the additional numbers of immigrants.

I think the situation is so unreal that some people genuinely find it unbelievable that it is happening. Just seen on the news that president Biden has called for an immediate ceasefire during a call to Netanyahu today so hopefully something may happen to that effect.

I agree men can’t dictate what women wear and if a guy doesn’t like women who dress scantily then they are obviously going to choose a woman who doesn’t dress scantily. The point I was making is I don’t see any wrong if a man says he prefers modesty dressed women but sometimes a point doesn’t come across clearly. My daughter is 15 and of mixed White English and Pakistani heritage. She wears make up and dresses in western clothes but doesn’t show legs or skin ie midriff and doesn’t cover her head either. She is aware we are moderate Muslims and has always dressed modestly by her own accord. Only time I had a word was when I saw her with bright red lipstick on just before going to school and I said I don’t think it was appropriate and that school is for education and not a beauty pageant. I agree about leggings, especially the ones where they are like semi see through and you have to avert your eyes when walking behind because you can see the skin through them!!!
