  1. Hi guys, Not sure if you have filled this spot or not yet, I'm a drummer, played in a lovely indie band for a few years until recently. You still looking? Speak soon, Chiz. PS: loved the 'solid reliable fella' bit!
  2. Hi everyone! My wife and I are moving house at the end of August and wondered if anyone knew of either where we can get done half decent boxes to store our stuff in, or if you had any yourself which you like to give away? I'm just thinking simple cardboard boxes really. We wouldn't be able to pay for them, it would have to be a donation from your good selves as cash is tight. I'm just thinking standard cardboard boxes and/or the glued variety you find at the checkouts at supermarkets. Thanks guys! Rich
  3. yeah Hillsborough aint no notting hill is it, but its ok for general stuff, theres a lovely butchers just next to morrisons, just down from the pound shop which is also great! It was Wilkinson's, again useful, so yeah its not great, but why not just head into town for 'fun' rather than hanging round there?
  4. Hi! Can anyone tell me where the best and cheapest car wash place is in the Sheffield area is please? My cars in need of a right good wash but I never get round to doing it! Thanks y'all xx
  5. Hi everyone! My wife and I have decided to go to the states for 2 weeks next year in march. Cities on the short list are, in list of priority!! 1, new York!! 2, San fran! 3, Chicago! 4, Boston! The obvious problem is that new York and San fran are east and west coast cities and getting an internal flight looks to be very pricey!! So! Do we go to the east or west coast. My wife fancies either, I know that Boston is only a few hours drive or train ride from new York so travel wise it would make sense to take one week in ny, then I've week in Boston. However! I REALLY REALLY want to go to new York and San fran! is there anything like new York but is actually quite near San fran? So we could go to SF, for a week then onto a different city fairly close by (for American standards) for the second week?! Any suggestions welcome. Also, does anyone know anything about Boston as a city? Is it worth going there for a full week?! No doubt his holiday will be quite expensive so I don't want to ware half of it in a city I'm not keen on or sheers nothing much to do! I've been to new York b4 and absolutely loved it. Thanks guys
  6. I went to fill up at morrisons hillsborough last night to find that about 5 pumps simply were not working. Each one just said 'closed'. Can anyone shed any light on this? Very strange, nit really come across it before. The cashiers didn't seem to he doing much about it, I left after trying a few. Weird!

  12. Hello everyone, I'm getting married this year on sep 3rd, me and my fiance are looking to book a band to play in the evening. We are looking for a good, tight band who will play anything, namely indie, pop, funk and soul tunes. If anyone could throw a few recommendations and maybe prices that would be great! I guess we would looking for the band to play for quite a while, maybe for a couple of hours, maybe more. Of course we would feed the band etc. Cheers! Richard
