Many months have passed since the Muse gig and Andrew's family are still searching for him, or news of him. Andrew's 17th birthday was in July and, as you can imagine, this was a particularly hard time for them. We have no current specific reports of Andrew being seen in the Sheffield area but hope you won't mind us bringing him to your attention again, just in case. Help Find My Child (HFMC) has recently been granted charity status which should enable us to be even more effective. Thank you so much everyone for your support. About 7,000 leaflets a night were distributed at O2, (14000 in total) about Andrew, which is brilliant. Even if it does not produce news of Andrew, we hope the helpline numbers shown on these leaflets will help someone else. Thanks again

Thanks for the suggestion. The Salvation Army are already involved and have been really helpful. They circulated Andrew's story nationally and this is still active.

We are naturally pleased that those of you who attended at the Arena had a great time and hope that if Andrew wasn't able to attend that the concern and support shown by Muse, the Arena and Muse fans will get back to him. We hope that this will continue at Muse at 02 and are praying that it will eventually help to bring news of Andrew. Your continued help in placing information about Andrew on your own pages and blogs is central to widening the search and we are grateful for your continued support in this way.

Due to the amazing response from Muse fans at Sheffield and all your helpful suggestions, Muse management have said we can also hand out leaflets outside the London 02 concerts on the 12th and 13th November 2009 - BOTH nights!! We have 20,000 leaflets now being printed off for this. If anyone is planning to attend and would like to help us hand out the leaflets between 6pm and 8pm either night please drop us an email at http://www.helpfindmychild.net/contact as quickly as possible so security passes can be organised.
