I too hope that someone is monitoring the situation. One recommendation I can make is that when a person is called up they get one minutes to report to the desk. If they fail to report in that time they lose their place. No waiting around for them and on to the next patient.

I'd rather leave the medical opinions to those qualified and not judge or diagnose my own problems, after all, that's what they are there for and that's the job they get paid to do. It does rather depend on those presenting to be able to recognise that a minor injury is neither of those. - You don't know what my problem was (neither did I) yet you feel that you can advise me on the best course of action.... Umm, are you a doctor? What is the point you are TRYING to make here? I seem to have missed it if there was one at all

Umm, true, but given it's name you'd think either an accident or an emergency? Or can I just skip my doctors altogether and use the A&E as my primary medical treatment centre?
