  1. I too was pretty skeptical about the 9-11 stuff but the more you look into it the stranger it becomes. I would suggest reading "the new pearl habour" which you can download for free on the internet, it presents many of the facts and lets you make your own conclusions. http://sandiego.indymedia.org/media/2006/10/119637.pdf There are also a number of other documentaries available to watch online. In plane sight is a very interesting one. The second zeitgeist film is out now , also very interesting
  2. Have you heard of a place called Rushour o London road? we're new and offer some nice vegetarian dishes that change every week. Have a look a our website http://www.eatrushour.com or pm me if you need any further questions answering I'm Steve the head head chef
  3. went to blue moon today , the food was lovely very tasty, although you don't get a lot, but then for £5.95 for all organic food who can complain. cakes and coffee were excellent Good luck to them.
  4. looks good bob and finally a place where you get veg with all the meals instead of paying extra!! How big is your place? Do you have to book?
  5. went to piccolinos in town had this really nice polenta cake (sounds weird yes) Was really nice though. Not cheap at a fiver. I'd say the pudding ladies do the best Bakewell i've ever had and a great selection of others. I think they do bistro nights too, where you get 3 or 4 little desserts on the same plate!!! and another 2 courses, all very good
  6. For the money the Wetherspoons one is o.k, the sausages are horrible tho you do get hash browns tho, which i love. Millhouses park cafe used to do a good one, not been for ages though so can't comment on what it's like now.
  7. Rushour in town behind the star do a good breakfast for £2.50 bacon, egg, sausage, beans, mushrooms, toast and a drink!!! Not sure if they do black pudding. I know for sure the one on Chesterfield road does, because i'm one of the chefs best breakfast around.
  8. When were you thinking of? I work at Rushour on Chesterfield road very nice Have a look at the website http://rushhour.hintonmedia.net/ or pm me for more information cheers
  9. Hi , i heard it closed a few weeks ago because they went bust. Someone told me that the people who own thyme cafe had bought it, although i'm not sure how reliable this information is.
  10. Hi there, for anyone who is interested here are a few specials we have on at the moment Salmon and dill fishcakes with lime and coriander mayonnaise served on a spinach salad Pan fried red mullet fillets served on sun-blushed tomato risotto with parmasan shavings hope to see you all soon.
  11. Hi there, have you tried Rushour on London/Chesterfield road? It's similar to thyme cafe , very relaxed and great tasting fresh food. Have a look at the website if you want . http://rushhour.hintonmedia.net/
  12. Things are going very well down at rushour , thanks for asking. The sheaf view is an ace little boozer with loads of great ales. The white loin would be great if they didn't just double the price of a game of pool. Both are great for summer with ace beer gardens, if only summer was here!!
  13. Is it the old Mr cue's? If so i heard that the brewery is going to be re-opening it up with new management.
  14. hi there the website is http://rushhour.hintonmedia.net/ hope to hear from you soon any questions just leave them here or pm me I'm the head chef of rushour by the way
  15. I've been teaching English at Sheffield college for 6 month now and thats really good. Apparently there is a real shortage of private English tutors in Sheffield as most people seem to go off abroad(who can blame them) Not sure if you'd make a full time living off it tho. I tried looking for students using the forum and only got a few. But if you advertised down at Hallam uni , i think you'd have some luck. My girl friend just finished doing her Tesol there and the students were always looking for private tutor, but she never had the time hope this helps
