As to what action to take and who to contact as there is no governing body at the school.

My son came home with a newsletter today from his school,After getting half way through it i came to a paragraph that stated The acting Headteacher had left as was needed elsewere ! The school is in special measures and have lost count of the Headteachers bought in by the LEA.My concern is each time the new head seems to settle and gets things on the up all of a sudden they are out and the staff and pupils left to start again when a new on arrives.My other concern is the bullying by staff in the school complaints have been made by over a dozen parents yet nothing has been actuallly done about it.Were or who can we contact to look into matters at the School my son is on the transfer list but could take time so in the meantime i want to no my sons Education wont suffer and that the certain members of staff are not allowed to bully pupils like they are.And why when Headteachers are moving the school up they are suddenly gone seems to me alot of cover ups going on here
