  1. In suspense, but look on the bright side she wont eb a work colleague any more so no reason for inhibitions, although if the reason for the suspension is due to your courting technique it could rtaher hamper things. Just go with all the good advice given so far , be straight and ask her out. Good luck.
  2. You may make a copy for personal use, but you will be in breach of coyright if you distribute it to others.
  3. Unlikley he will consult a soliictor as it will cost him. Surely a practical approach is best. The tenancy will expire on the due date and you leave then. Not one day later as a periodic tenancy will come into creation.
  4. Tell him now and move out on the due date unless you can agree something.
  5. Just tell him you have had a word with Shelter and they say its an illegal term and that unless he releases the deposit forthwith you have been told to sue by trading standards.
  6. Dunno where you got the 28 days from.Look at your tenancy agreement.. Just do a letter before action and then start proceedings.
  7. Mr Wardle was a nice chap, but good at making you scared. I had a completely different view ehn I found out he had at least one mentally handicapped child to look after. Very time consuming. Was Mr Cooke the really art teacher on the ground floor old man or the bit suave guy up on the third floor with the moustache? There were 2100 when I started there.
  8. You need to give more information, such as your specs and the money you want to spend and games you want to run. If its a new comp, then the new nvidia cards are coming out infront of the ati ones.I would also go PCI express. Think carefully as to whether you really need to spend £400 on a top fo the range one.
  9. Midland are doing £15 returns to London. Do not give up the phd. Find some friends at the uni, you only need a few. take up a hobby, and struggle on through.
  10. Go to the building and have a look yourself. You cant really tell until you go. Some of the flats I think are very good and others less so.
  11. Used to use Mercury and they were good. Recently have had two very bad experiences with mercury and both time sit took them over an hour to get a cab to m,e despite telling me it would eb ten minutes and one was on its way. If they just told the truth it would be nice. the trips were very important.
  12. What a lot of immature gumff is being posted on this thread. If angel wants to donate eggs, then an eggs an egg as long as its genetically healthy. I imagine the people who need to conceive will just be glad someone is generous enough to donate them. (Is this for money?). Her profession is neither here nor there as long as the egg is healthy. The fact she is comfortable with her life choices, but the small boys amongst you are keen to make an issue of it speaks volumes for her and the same for the idiots.
  13. Probed if you actually thought about your question or used some initiative, then you could have found out the answer yourself in the same time.
  14. The ones at the back are ok. I wouldnt have one at the front though. The balconies on all these things are always a joke. They are quite nice, but also quite expensive. They are not as nice as West One and in a worse location.
  15. Have you actually been? Its called a ring road. VVVV busy and a lot of fumes. As high as possible is better and either inner facing, the sides or best of all at the back. A smartpad will suit one, but I'd rather buy a house.
  16. I'd be dubious about taking one thats low down or at the front.
  17. The rent is currently £400 a month. This is fluctuating and some people are getting more. A smartpad is not a one bedroom flat, but a studio. A one bedroom flat has 500-550 sq ft, but smartpads have 320-340 sq ft. They are quite nice, but have problems with them being described as luxury. Its convenient for town and good for the station, but I think West One is better. There is a danger of saturation about all this Centro living.
  18. write t them and explain. if they still want to go ahead then go to court. explain to the court and make an offer to pay so much a month.
  19. 5900 xt but id save up and buy a 6600 gt on a pciexpress motherboard. Hes selling because such cards have been overtaken.
  20. Fynksy wotsis name has it. OP may as well use Excel as a flatfile database. He can do something with the view to make it appearl like a form and then enter as needed. He could also start filling out a worksheet and insert the autocalcs and sheet protections to make it bombproof. Perha[ps a compromise would eb to do it in a database using something as simple as works.
  21. Going through the appeal system has always been allowed. It is not being tried more than once. In certain cases a mistrial can be declared i.e they have to do the trial again. The givernement was doing something about the rule on "Double Jeopardy", which is what you are talking about. Google it or use the bbc site.
