Management Company Ecclesfield

No, I’ve only got the lease details but there’s no phone no bears on it. The estate agents don’t know who the management are either. I might ask one of the other people in the flats if they know or wait until the landlords ask for the ground rent/management fee. It’s not very good at all. -
Hi, we’re moving into an apartment (One of 20 ) in Johnson’s Courtyard on Mellor Lea Farm Drive at Ecclesfield. Does anyone know who is responsible for the upkeep/management of the flats there? I need to get into a locked cupboard to do a meter reading but I don’t know who’s responsible for the upkeep of the place. I know it’s a tall order but if anyone can help I’d be really grateful. The flats were built by Wortley Construction at Huddersfield in around 2009 I believe but I can’t find a number for them. Thanks everyone. I’m on 07936346052. Many thanks.

Hi, we’re moving over to Ecclesfield in a few weeks. Does anyone know of a good Surgery in the Ecclesfield /Chapeltown area? Preferably with a Pharmacy nearby. Many thanks.

Good Morning. Does anyone know who sells flagstones at a reasonable price? We need round about 20 slabs 60 cm x 60 cm. they are on a driveway so they need to be strong enough for cars to drive over them. Many Thanks.

Thanks for all your replies. I have now got a Buss pass which has ID acceptable to the Estate Agents/Solicitors. It was free of charge and came in a week. God knows how long my Driving Licence is going to take.
-
Thanks for that. The Estate agent is getting in touch with the legal team today on similar limes it might be quicker to just get a new Passport. I think you can get them in a couple of days but it means a trip to Liverpool.

We are in the process of buying a house. I have just been told by the estate agent that there’s a problem with my ID. Ironically I posted my up to date ID to DVLA the other week to get a photo ID (my old licence is just a paper one) and the Estate Agents say the person we are buying from is wanting a quick completion. I can hope my “proper” ID comes back from DVLA soon, or get myself a new Passport. However, as my wife’s ID Is OK , could she buy the house in just her name?? Your comments are all welcome. Thanks. Dave. (There is no mortgage)

That’s the idea. My opening question was wether the distance to the new consumer unit was too long but posters on here seem to say it’s ok. Thanks.
-
Thanks for that. No, the meters’ staying where it is.

It’s not worth it thanks. The existing fuse box is bang next to the meter.
-
Yes I realise that. I was interested in the length of cables to the proposed new fuse board. Thanks
-
Hi, our fuse box is in an enclosed place in the old pantry. We would like to move it to an unused cupboard in the living room. It’s around 7 or 8 metres away. Will it be ok to get that done along with some rewiring or are there problems with the distance? Thanks a lot.

The last time I visited it would have been around 1972. I’m beginning to think the I’ve got the wrong place !!

Thanks for the link. I’ve bought an iPhone 6 Plus from them and it works fine and it really looks brand new. Would have prefer a 7or 8 version for IOS 13 really but my wife doesn’t really need it. Cheers.

Does anyone remember the old Motor Scooter/ motorbike shop which I think was located on Halifax road on the left hand side going up just before the Railway bridge? Thanks.
