Is there any demand for non-DSS rental properties on the Wybourn, specifically around the West side of City Road? I've been offered something which would make a great family home (probably renting for around £450 per month, 3 bed with gardens), but the worrying number of feral rat-kids hanging around suggests that private renters may not apsire to live there. Any input from those in the area?
