I don't know if you have found anywhere, but I can recommend JDG Clinical Pilates based at Kinetic, Ecclesfield, S35 9YY. 0114 2454300. The group sizes are less then 9, you get an individual assessment and the classes are geared towards the individuals needs. If you sign up for 6 sessions the first one is free. Both instructors are Modern Pilates trained, there are a number of classes throughout the week for different levels. Hope this helps

Prize for the overall winner:) About Beetle drives Players are in groups of four with a communal die, and the first player to complete their beetle shouts out "Beetle!" stopping the play of all the groups. Then the winner of each particular group (the player with the most complete beetle in that group) will move around a circle of tables to the right (clockwise), and the loser (the player with the least complete beetle) to the left (anti-clockwise). The ultimate winner is usually either the one who has drawn the most complete beetles, or the one who has drawn the most parts in total. Thank you for your recommendations and support. All our meat comes from John Crawshaw butchers, so it's really good quality. We open at 9am everyday (10 on Sunday), it's a lovely ride or walk up to us. The café is known as The Old Glasshouse and we are on Facebook and twitter, also had some really nice reviews on trip advisor:) Everything on the menu is available all day until 4pm so no rush to get up!

Hi, We have been expanding our range of home produced foods made from gluten free ingredients, we have a wide range of cakes, puddings, savoury tarts and generally 2-3 dishes on the specials board that are made with Gluten free ingredients, including pasta, and sometimes curry.We also have Bistro evenings once a month that have a large selection of main courses and puddings to choose from. I know its short notice but we are having a caribbean evening on Saturday 23rd June and a lot of the food on the menu is gluten free, there will also be gluten free deserts and you can bring your own wine or beer, full details can be found on our website at http://www.rhinegoldgardencentre.co.uk. or give us a ring on 0114 285 1487.
