Hiya Willybite, Yes I can remember playing darts with him and he would be half way to the dart board and would still have the darts in his hand. Derek being the dart player would think it was funny but the old fellow was not amused.

I have now realized that the chip shop I am referring to was on Young Street not Cumberland Street.

My father and I used to pass the chip shop on our way to watch The Blades and if they had won he would talk nicely to the chimp but if they lost it would learn a few more swear words.
