is it a private car park or owned by council if not private then u can ring dvla and tell them there is a untaxed car on public highway and they will remove it

end of the day i realy hate cyclists ,horse riders and other people like this they dont pay road tax they also dont have insurance and last of all they dont have to have a mot so lets say for instance a cyclist hit that car door who wud pay for the damage to the door if u ask me if they want to ride on the road then they shud have all the same things i have to have otherwise dont use it
