Hey all you cardmakers & crafters. I have just opened up my own craft shop.Its called Pink Frog Crafts and Cards & its inside the Morrisons store at Staveley, Chesterfield. We are open 7 days a week. Mon,Tues,Wed, & Sat 10am-7pm.Thurs,Fri 10am-8pm and Sun 10am-4pm.We stock all sorts of card, peel offs, & other stuff.Come over & visit & let me know what you think.

Hey everybody been reading your threads.Im into card making & scrapbooking.I seem to have been doing crafts since i was little[i'm 45 now-it's been a long time].I have my own ebay shop if anybodys interested.It stocks many craft items & I'm just about to start stocking some scrapbook papers. The ebay shop is called Pink Frog Crafts and Cards.Iv'e got a project on at the moment doing a scrapbook as a pressie for my sister who is 40 in May.She lives in Sheffield & I live in Chesterfield so she won't be able to peek until it's finished.!!!!

Hi would he possibly have known my Dad?.He was born in 1937 & attended Coleridge School.His name was George Burford and he Lived on Greenland Road at Darnall. -

you could look on the census,rate books,newspapers as you said the stone was dated.Try sheffield local history dept. at the city library, surrey street or Sheffield Archives, shoreham street. -

my husband's auntie lived in a pub just off pinstone street[charles street Ithink] when she was little & she told me that circus's used to come & put there animals in their yards. -
If you ever get over to Chesterfield.There's always a guy on the thursday flea market that sells old original photo's of sheffield & surrounding areas & reprints.Hope that helps

Thanx for the reply.You got me wrong.We moved to Skelwith rd in 1965 & i didn't move away till 1986 although until they passed away Mum & Dad lived at the same address & now my sister Sarah lives there.
