yesterday the rag and bone man came on my road I was truelly pleased to see him, it meant I was able to get rid of a few things and I look at it as recycling rather than begging. He took the things away I didn't want yes he probably made money but who cares, he did me a favour. Surely people asking for things for their kids is the same principal, recycling rather than throwing away. In my opinion theres no shame in it, we all do what we need to in order to ensure our families are ok.

I lived on Alderson Road from 1968 -1979 , and went to Sharrow Lane School My old house got pulled down, and is now a car park. Does anybody remember the school crossing lady Mrs Smith ? She used to patrol the crossing on the bottom of Sharrow Lane and London Road. I often wonder what hapened to her , she was a lovely lady

I'm off work for a week , starting today !!

I've owned 3 Toyota Yaris, they are a fantastic car reliable, economical, go well , built well and only 30 quid road tax all in all a fab little motor. plus in the recent snow my little toyota got me everywhere and started first time everytime !

The problem with them dropping off is that they then lay in wait ready to attach themselves to another animal, think I'd rather kill them !

Are the lumps getting bigger ? If so they could be ticks. Ticks often attach themselves in the ear area as the skin is thin and the blood supply is easy to get. Try taking a very close look at them, if they have very tiny legs behind a bulbous body (that looks like a blister)which is stuck close to the ear then it's deff a tick.

Oh that's it then it's official, we're all doomed to a life of singledom. I best buy a kitten !

If they've kept the original windows it can be quite dark.
