Do you really know what these are like to live with. You are talking a lot of energy in the husky and howling and escaping. Akita is very dog aggressive breed.

Having kittens is not something to be frightened of,. Her shape will change and she will be more like a bell with the tummy lower. She will be more affectionate and may stare you in the eyes. You must have somewhere ready now, like a large cardboard box with a hole cut in and soft bedding inside in a quiet place like a wardrobe in a quiet bedroom. Do be with her but dont meddle and dont get anxious. You must not disturb her when they have come dont go showing them to anyone or meddling yourself. You may need extra heat if you have a cold house. good luck.
