u prob got no memory thats why its so slow its nothing to do with what programs are running in the background, have u reformatted it recently? if so u prob done what i did and didnt overwrite the last operating system and its still on your computer lol you need to delete the last operating system folder then all should be fine, but if it isnt that then i dont know, all i know is that it isnt what programs are running if its not showing any like you say
