Tried a new restaurant on London road, TURKUAZ LONDON ROAD CLUB. it's excellent, The food is fab, extensive menu. It is very clean, staff are very friendly, and there is another room that is a games room with pool tables, table football and fruit machines. Well worth a visit, this is a new resturant that has only been open a couple of weeks.

Firstly I dont claim to predict the future, I speak to the dead, I dont give ifs buts or maybe, but relevant proof the message is for the people I'm reading, so therefore everyone is entitled to there opinion but don't pull down something you clearly don't understand, I don't know why I was given this gift, but I've used it to help people, I don't need cards to talk to the spirits, but it is a tool I use to help the person I'm reading understand, whether they do or not is down to the individual, I am good at what I do, I've fine it a thousand tims , so I don't let the opinions of anyone bother me, I do agree there a lot of con artist but there also a lot of genuine mediums

In my opinion, if you are a "professional" psychic/medium/fortune teller etc, and you are charging a fee for services provided, you should be able to prove that you are actually providing the service and not just making it up.

I agree with you. Just making the point that 'proving' and convicting these fraudsters is easier said than done.

If you can prove they ARE running a con for money, you probably CAN prosecute them.

Your average person doesn't have the time, effort, standing, money, contacts, resources or standing in society to be able to go around proving people are cons and prosecuting them.

An 'allegation' doesn't mean it actually happened. People love to get on any old bandwagon.

Its statements like that that let them get away with it, speak to a solicitor you may get a no win no fee deal. Also complain to the Chief Constable if you feel the Police were not thorough enough. You mention the race card. That should not matter, there has been a crime you are the victim. Do not stand for it.

What's wrong with the statement? Just imagine if someone just decided out of the blue to cliam that they own all the goods in your house, but they just don't happen to have the receipts and neither do you.

If there is proof that they have actually stolen them, then fair enough, but if there is no proof, why should the person who has possession have to give them up?

Luckly Loxley's son did have some receipts so that's a good thing, but as they say, his life is more important than tools. But i do hope that they get what's coming to them.

So sorry to hear this but its indicative of the society we live in, the bloke is the thief, but the police make your son provide receipts. I notice they never asked the other bloke for receipts, crazy hope you get them back, but don't hold your breath.

To be fair though, the onus is mainly on the one making the accusations. If neither have receipts, then the person who has possession should get to keep them.

You're right, I agree with this. It's probably not something that will happen though unless there are major changes to bin collections. Most people simply do not care, so being 'forced' to care is the only real solution.

I know it's the truth, but you must have the lowest of low opinions of me if you think I was actually sat here believing that it's the baby that produces the waste that goes in the bin. Some things really go without saying.

It's still a choice that the parents make that is producing all of the waste. If the parents chose to use reusable nappies rather than disposables then they would put a huge amount less non biodegradable waste in their bin.

Indeed, but that was not the point I was making. Every single one of us could go forever without using their bin even once if we wanted to.
