I am starting a new knitting group in Firth Park- there does not seem to be anything locally. We will meet in Henry's cafe on Thursday afternoons, 2 til 4 pm from the 11th April. Knit crochet, come and chat- all free except for the price of a cup of tea from the cafe- but they do serve very nice cake too.

I don't know Beighton but Firth Park is very good, lots of open space (not just Firth Park but Concord which includes a lot of open space and woodland) a good local shopping centre and good Public Transport links. Deborah

The office in Division St provides Careers Advice for all ages. The Connexions Service is only for Under 19's but the office (the company name is Sheffield Futures) also provides other services to do with Careers Advice and Job Hunting. They run a drop-in service during office hours. Deborah
