avoid these sort of people with a barge pole. Or find a normal number to ring them back on. Its only a way for them to make money. They wil be some sort of broker and when they say provisionally accepted that means you may meet the criteria of some of the lenders they use. Stay clear:)

Yep avoid whimpey estate not only because its rough but because all the houses are non standard construction (solid concrete houses). Hate it when that happens in pubs. Sometimes i just wanna say "whats the problem?" but want to walk out in one piece!

I think your going wrong for the East coast (well south of whitby). Get yourself of to some where like seahouses in northumberland away from the all the chavs. Lovely area not expensive either. You can have beaches to yourself to. If your prepared to travel pembrokeshire is such a nice coast line and well worth the drive! You couldnt get a more peacheful area! No chavs, no idiots, no slot machines
