  1. Mondays 1pm-3pm at Longley 4 greens Community Centre - Right after the Coffee Morning. Run by Volunteering Matters and supported by players of the People’s Postcode Lottery, the project is aimed at men over 50 and takes place at three different venues across are area. Through involvement in the programme participants will build positive and supportive social networks that will lead to a reduction in isolation and loneliness, all whilst having a good laugh! But it’s not just about physical benefits. Participants see improvements in their mental, emotional and social wellbeing too. If you would like to get involved – either as a participant or volunteer – please get in touch. Men can just turn up to sessions, or they can be referred too.
