I remember when i was an apprentice in the early seventies an old guy at work once told me about a rat catcher in sheffield called welcome gillat i thought he was just winding me up.

Ihad one done in las vegas 3 weeks ago at vince neil ink, must have been more hygenic than a hospital the guy changed his gloves at least 5 times impeccable standard of hygene.

Can a company legally withold my wages? i left my previuos job at the end of july after working only one of two weeks required notice, they owe me one week plus some holliday money which they are refusing to pay me as i didnt work the full term of my notice can they do this? what rights have i got?

today i recieved a txt from lowell portfolio asking me to get in touch with them asap as they want to speak to me about an important matter, are they allowed to do this?

UPDATE Today recieved another letter from 3 mobile, informing me that they have sold the debt to lowell portfolio, these jokers have sent me a statement saying i now owe them £579 i have 5 days to pay or they will instruct their debt collectioncompany RED DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES to take steps to recover the balance, anyone had any dealings with these scumbags?

thanks for all your replys guys, i have no intention of paying these scumbags they can kiss my ass.I could understand it if i did owe them money but i cancelled the contract within 2 weeks of taking it out,and returned the phone to them

Does anyone know how many years a debt collector can go back to recover a debt? today i recieved a letter from the 3 mobile phone network claiming i owe them £579 for a phone contract i cancelled in 2006, i never even made a call on it. They say if i dont pay up they will pass the debt on to a company called lowell portfolio ltd, anyone had any dealings with this company?
