Thanks for the advise, the toast and beans sounds exciting i'll give that one try tonight I think.....My cooking skills arn't too bad really I just want to improve. I tried various colleges but they all seem to be offering full time nvq's. but the Milestone sounds like a good option. Is it the Milestone at Drakehouse Foxy?

went to limit a few times in my youth .I remember seeing The Macc lads there and Eddie **** . Now he was a sore for sore eyes but a good laugh. I do miss the limit and rebels for that matter .

Hi all I am wanting to do a part time catering course either at weekends or in the evening. But i'm struggling finding anywhere who does such course which isn't full time. Can anybody help??????????? please
