I visited an alternative therapist who recommended I use a neti pot to help clean out my nose (which can be bought very cheaply from Amazon and other places) and this did help to relieve the symptoms a little. This may be worth a try. I have just read on the internet about the neti pot , is it easy to do? x

Just thought id update : Ive been to the hospital , and have been told i have cronic sinisutis and nasal polyps. Has anyone who commented on this post got nasal polyps? what happened , did you have the removed? I have been put on medication to try and shrink them , and got to go back in 4 months x
