It's the same sort of thing as The Day Sheffield Stood Still and the T-Mobile Dance. We want to get as many people as possible all in one place in Sheffield to take part in a fitness class (don't worry it wont be difficult). You can dress in your normal clothes. It's a free event - lets spread the word and get as many people involved as possible. tell your friends, family, colleagues - tell everyone! Lets get Sheffield fit and moving again! We want to get Sheffield moving. Be at Barkers Pool on Saturday 18th April at 12.55pm prompt. Our vivacious, big personality of a fitness instructor will take us through an easy peasey fitness class routine at 1pm. We will all join in, in our normal clothes to signify the day that Sheffield moved. Forget standing still, we need to get moving and we want you to join us. The challenge is how many people can we get down to Barkers pool to get Sheffield moving. Dress code: No High Heels ladies.

i joined Fitness Unlimited. Found it really good value for £24. i live near hillsborough but work in the town centre so its great being able to have a choice of where to go without having to pay more.
