Do you know of anyone who lives in a tree house (detached) in Sheffield area and what are the Council compliance issues? (I guess they don'y know ...)

Anyone know where to hire a bike in Sheffield? Just when I want to get fit and get around ... can't find anyone who rents bikes. Is it the hills? I know about the bike hire at Ladbybower - a bit far to walk back to Kelham Island. :-) Phil
