oh whats the rush for a ps3 in a years time it will have come down in price with a bump. my oldest son wants me to buy him one for his birthday which is on the day it is going to be released or so they say, I dont think it will be out in november if you think about it they seem to be trying to rush it out instead of making sure it is working properly. lets see how well it does because the xbox 360 isnt doing much sale wise. what I object too is the price of the console retailed at £499 and the games are going to be expensive for it what did I read you can expect to pay for the games anything from £49.99 to £69.99 well who can afford to buy them at that price I know I cant, all though I did watch a trailer on the internet about this ps3 and what it will do my son thinks it is brilliant and so he is now asking me every week dad you are going to buy me one are you not, we shall have to wait and see wont we I keep telling him.

gregory fisher who plays rab c nesbitt when we was in scotland last november they had just finnished filming him walking down from glasgow central station onto argyle street.then we saw him again up in george square he is one that always makes me laugh and I can recount on the things he as done for the show is just what I use to do, like the time he was drinking aftershave I also use to drink aftershave because of the alcohol that its in it. I have seen billy connoly on glasgow queen street station he infact did the same train as what we did when we was going to fort william and oban.

Hi guys and girls, I need to know something as I was coming through the rotherham interchange last night and going for my bus home, I noticed a lot of police walking round and talking to people is this going to be a regular thing having the police down there at night, because if it is then some of the OAP's will feel much safer down in the interchange at night, also is there police in the sheffield interchange at night or is it just rotherham, there is something else that happened this morning as we was walking through to the train station we went via the interchange and the police was still there only this time one of them which she was a lady in plain clothes and clip board in hand and with another lady constable was asking people questions, have I missed something in the interchange or is this the PTE's way of making sure that all the interchanges are a lot safer with the police being there at night, is it happening in sheffield or barnsley cant say doncaster as they havent got an interchange just yet but they should have one next month because thats when the new one opens.

Hi all well we have just come back from york and I wish now that we had never gone the weather oh it was great this morning but then it happened, the weather changed and boy did it hail stone they was the size of golf balls the hail stones what fell, and the thunder and lighting I have never seen lighting like that I tried to video it but not a chance too many hail stones coming down I didnt think it was going to stop and then it started to rain and boy did it rain, it was bouncing off the floor, we had gone to see some friends of ours who moved to york last year and they told us they have never seen anything like it since they moved here. tonight I am going to set my video camera up on my tripod and do some time exposures round about 23:00pm as we are going to get a storm or so paul hudsons says the weatherman, as I have now moved up to the attic and turned it into my study room I can hopefully get some good shots with my big window open. why cant we have more than two days of sunny weather this global change as got a lot to answer for i bet in the months june,july,august,and september we get more rain and more rain with maybe the odd day of sunny weather.

what a stupid question free bus fares for everyone it will never happen the bus companys are out to make money hence thats why the bus fares go up to line there fat wallets, do you think that the goverment would allow it when they with the scheming ways try to get more money out of us. free bus fare's what ever next free rail travel to any part of the country or free airline tickets not when you have got people like richard branson and virgin airlines he is not satisfied unless he is getting more money to put in his fat wallet. so lets ask this question who would pay for the new buses what we get every 10 years not the goverment but us by the bus fare's what we have to pay for and I can see in the next 10 years the all day saver what you get in south yorkshire for £3.50 will have gone up past the £6.00 mark, but here is one for you this all day saver what first does costs £3.50 but up in scotland and they have got first bus there all day saver costs £ 2.35 so how can scotland have cheap tickets but not us and before anybody jumps on me about this cheap all day saver I have just come back from scotland and I bought the all day saver, I went from glasgow all the way up to inverness for £2.35p now thats a bargin.

yes you are right there use to be a pub under the black swan called the merry england bar I know of it very well as I worked there in the early 70's and always on a friday and saturday night, it was there long before the complete angler as that is what they called the pub when it had its name changed after a refurbishment. biggest mistake they made when the changed everything in the merry england bar and called it the complete angler more like the complete mess. I stopped going in there when it had been refurbished. so give that man a ceegar for getting it right

the grennel moore is named after the blokes who use to cut the meadow in the pastures a very very long time a go, if you go into the pub up on grenhill you will see a plaque inside the pub telling you the story of how the grennel moore got its name, I use to see this everyday as the grennel moore use to be my local when I lived up there all them years ago. I also believe that the sycthes what they use to us to cut the meadow was called a grennel in the olden days and so this is one belief that is where the name came from moore being the hill on which the grass grew and grennel the name of the blade what cut it down, so thats how the grennel moore came about. it the same as beauchief when I lived up there on lowedges I had a mate a rather posh chap who lived in the houses on bocking lane, i would call beauchief as it is spelt be he would call it bowchief but then snobs cant say words properly with out moving the plum in there gob, everything as to be said rather posh oh thank god I am not a snob and I talk broad yorkshire with my words of thee and thow and now then thee, posh people dont like yorkshire men who talk the yorkshire dialect we are commoners to them.

iron maiden. the number of the beast or if I change it which I do everyweek then it will be deep purple. smoke on the water or metallica. enter the sandman and if I am really pushed and fed up with this ringtone I put on ozzy osbourne. paranoid and even judas priest. hell bent for leather or ac/dc. highway to hell. i change my ringtones everyweek but they have to be heavy metal or good decent rock music.

when I use to drink ale on everynight of the week it had got to be over 5% and it was real ale not the fizz what you get from electric pumps. all my ale had to be pulled throught proper handpulls. I could not drink maidens water because thats what it was through the electric pumps and larger is just as bad too fizzy the last pint of larger I had bought me went down the drain in the toilet I never even tried it.one of my favourite real ales was in a real ale festival down bristol it was called rampant rocket fuel and the strength of it was 11.4% and it was not as sweet as it looked or even thick like syrup it just looked like fidlers elbow which is 5.6% or it was when I use to drink it I think it as been lowered because some people couldnt drink it at that strength.my all time favourite is still theakstons old peculiar on my last relapse I had a blow out on this real ale i was drinking it for over 2 weeks mind you it took me 6 months to get over it. so real ale for me and always will be thats if I relapse again? who can tell what is going to happen either today or the next day or after that and so on.

hockeybear yes you can use your k bayonet lenses on the IST but it would only work like a manuel camera and you would lose some of the functions, the pentax IST camera is a k bayonet fitting hope this as answered your question. also the pentax IST there is two variations of the camera there is the DS which as got the KAF bayonet mount and there is the DL which is compatible with K,KA,KAF and KAF2 ( some features may not be available with certain lenses ) but even so if you have got some of the old K bayonet lenses then you will save yourself a fortune. tomorrow morning I am going down to view both pentax camera's the DL and the DS as I might be buying one of them in the next week or two. can I make a suggestion to you why dont you go on the pentax web site then you can see what the camera's are like side by side.

so what you are saying is then they dont have chavs in york to ruin the new buses, or any other buses they have there is chavs all over the place who take great joy out of writing all over the buses and scratching on the windows and just making a mess of the buses, they also like to rip the seats as well and carry on writing on the back of them or they do like to put there feet up on the seats to stop other people sitting down, I had one do it to me on saturday but I soon knocked his feet of the seat he didnt like it called me a few choice names but I had the last laught as the bus driver threw him off about 3 stops down oh and I forgot to mention he was caught smoking a joint and i complained about the smell but I was not on my own as other people complained. so he was off the bus but now it is getting better as they are now fitting cctv cameras that record all what happens on the buses, you might have seen them black domes on the ceiling near the front doors and upstairs on the top deck, be aware you are being watched.

****ing of buses well it looks like york as got there new fleet of buses while we here in sheffield have to put up with the london rejects and most of our buses are over 12 years old and some are even older in rotherham. I am gob smacked at first we had one of them road trams on test here in rotherham and in sheffield and everything I heard from the drivers is yes we are going to be the first to have them and run them, so would that be another promise from the bosses of first group just like the promised to sort out this pay rise, I wish stagecoach would take everything over at least they know how to run the bloody buses, I all so see they have now got the number 1 service what runs from rotherham to maltby plus some of the other bus routes in rotherham, I will be jumping for joy if they upstake first bus I have now started to travel more on stagecoach than on first as there buses are a lot better and I have even found out that stagecoach buses dont leak when it rains like they do on first buses. stagecoach is the far best bus company here in south yorkshire.

I shall not be watching the world cup as I dont like football so my score would be 0000000000000000000. i would rather go and sit in the dentist chair and have all my teeth pulled out with know knock out stuff. where I live you can see all the houses with there england flags up i just hope we get some very bad winds and it blows them down. whats the point in watching england play in the world cup when we all know they will not win it, we havent got the footballers like we had when we did win it in 1966 these footballers we have got now is all about how much they can earn if they was properly fouled like in the 1966 world cup they wouldnt be walking for days and the footballs they play with now are not as heavy as the old case footballs how many of the england players could head one of the old footballs when it was soaked in water it was like heading a medicine ball. there will be know sport in my house world cup or anything we dont watch it i have got a tv with over 300 channels on it and sport is not on any of them. call me a miserable old git but thats what I think oh and bar humbug to christmas as well

I am with 3 and I have never had trouble with customer services in fact they was most helpful and they also did something for me when I had got a problem with my phone, they sent out a lady who worked for 3 and she sorted out my phone. I was with 02 since they first started they was good but they are not as good as 3 the only downfall I have got with them is that you have to pay for your download of games, where as on some of the networks they are already on your phone when you buy it. so i will be sticking with 3 for a while until something else comes up which i doubt it. the phone I got when I went with 3 is the LG U880 and I like this phone a lot even though some of the things on the phone I dont use or have never tried them out. so yes 3 is a good one to be on

I use a canon EOS350 and to me it is that far better camera the nikon are alright but they can be expensive you have to think about the cost of the lenses and the nikon ones are very expensive. that dosent mean to say I dont use nikon because I do I do sometimes use the nikon D100 but I didnt buy it it is a firms camera so it is there when I need it, just like the canon EOS350 and thats the camera I use all the time, I all so use a canon EOS300 as I like to stick to the film camera's digital camera's are the last resort for me all though saying that I am looking at the moment to buy a pentax IST DL digital camera but this is just as a spare back up one. so price wise i would go for the canon plus there is some good deals at the moment with jessops photography shops.

I agree ME is the worse windows to have I had nothing but problems when I had it on my pc, best thing I ever did was get to shut of it I have never looked back since.

I had a so called mate we went over the place together drinking when i did drink he also use to stop in my flat at woodhouse until one day I had been in london on a photo shoot and came back to an empty flat he had took everything in a space of a week, from a hi fi to a tv and video to the carpets and curtains all my kitchen stuff including my brand new cooker and even my fridge freezer and everything else he could get his hands on, but the funny thing about it he took the stuff at night so he thought know one would see him, how wrong he was i had got a friend who lived across from me and he filmed him on his video camera taking my stuff out of the flat and into a waiting van. we didnt get the police in what we did do is find out where he had gone to and low and behold he had got a flat in mexborough, he was carried out by 2 ambulance men on a stretcher as he couldnt walk well you cant with a broken leg and a broken arm plus a very flat nose he would have got a damm sight more if my mate hadnt have stopped me, and oh yes he did go court and was heavily fined I was outside waiting for him but I couldnt do anymore to him as I was stopped. anybody who knicks off me then they will have to face me because i will hunt them down where ever there are if it takes me a year then i will get them for it and they wont look very good when I have finnished with them.

Hi skippy my aunty and uncle use to run the minerva pub on charles street and they had it for about 10 years, one of there regulars was joe cocker he use to always come in on a saturday lunch time and sometime on a saturday night when he wasnt singing at the black swan pub. if you want to know what they was called my aunty and uncle then it was valeria and jimmy dunn. some of the best pubs in the sixties and early seventies was down attercliffe pubs like the salvation,the gate,tram car, the bull dog, filesmiths,amberley,broughton arms, the lampool,the comercial, carbrook hall, the pheasant, the excelsior,tinsley hotel, to name but a few then there was the old blue ball in fitzallan square and the marples and the stone house even the old orchard pub, also the crazy daisey one of my favourite pubs in town was the claymore and the old queens head, then there was the globe and up west street was the saddle pub I cant remember anymore it is that long since I have had a beer in sheffield.

I have always got a swiss army knife in my photography bag and it goes all over the place with me. I did at one time have a commando knife in my gadget bag but had to take it out as it kept sticking out throught the end of the bag. I was once offered a rambo knife but turned it down because of the trouble I could have got myself into, just think if the police had seen it when I was photographing. I am on the look out for a brand new swiss army knife so if anybody knows where in sheffield I can get one then please pm me with the details.

my jewellers screwdrivers might be what you are looking for as some of them have only small heads on them ie pozidrive or phillips and flat ended ones they are here if you need them, you might have to bring the item you want to get in to though thats if you decide these are the ones you are looking for. let me know I shall be in all day tomorrow as it is my day off if you want to come and have a look at them and try them to see if you can get inside the unit. send me a pm if you like as I will be coming off the forum in about 5 minutes I have got some photos to check over. yes quite a few times and even with rabbits when i use to breed them the does was the ones who always went for you, the bucks would try to bite but not as bad as the does do. my german shepherd dog once went for me and got hold of the back of my leg I needed 25 stiches in the back of my leg when he let go, he was put down that same day i have been bitten many a time with dogs you just get use to it, I caught my girlfriend trying to bite my neck late one night she had just been sweeping out her crypt where she sleeps, it is a good job she is not sat here reading this otherwise I could be suffering from a bad head ache.
