  1. Hi. I am looking for stalls at forthcoming craft fayres and similar events . I am an experienced maker of organic jams, chutneys and cordials and sell hand crafted textile items , often from vintage materials.

     

    I am keen to find weekend events in Sheffield and South Yorkshire, if anyone has any recommendations.

    50p entrance, kids free

    Cakes, tea and coffee for sale

     

    Any donations of jumble can be left at the Scout Hut on Friday 8th 1 - 4.30 or before the sale on Saturday.

     

     

    Raising funds for the George Parsons Touchstone Memorial.

  3. Carfield School Summer Fair . Saturday 15th June 12 til 3pm.

     

    Great event with loads of fun for all the family including the annual giant plant sale, bric a brac huge tombola, raffle, crafts, games, entertainment........

     

    Food , drink and cakes also available.

  4. ACCT is a local charity working with and on behalf of children and young adults with Aspergers, a form of Autism.

     

    On 3rd November we will be holding a jumble sale at Endcliffe Methodist Church, Ecclesall Rd from 11 until 1pm.

     

    There will be good quality clothes, shoes, toys, books , dvds and bric a brac for sale, and there will be a cafe on site selling delicious cakes and drinks.

     

    So come and grab a bargain!


  5. Carfield School are to hold their Christmas Market on saturday 24th November. We held our first market last year and the event was an overwhelming success. We will once again be advertising far and wide and offer something for all the family: crafts and gifts for sale, raffle, Santa's grotto, face painting, badge making, craft activities, hot and cold seasonal food and drink, bake sale and choirs etc etc.

    We still have stalls available for craftspeople (handmade items ONLY please) at £15.

  6. On Saturday 16 th June Carfield school, Argyle Rd Meersbrook will be holding its popular Summer Fair 12 til 3pm.

     

    One of the many attractions will be an art and craft market.

     

    If you are a maker and would like one of our few remaining stalls please pm me or contact the school on 0114 2557534 with details of your craft and contact number.

     

     

    We charge £10 (and a voluntary donation of a piece of your work as a raffle prize.).

     

     

    Our Christmas craft market was extremely busy and a huge success, so book your place soon !


  7. Carfield Primary School is having a Christmas Fair on Saturday 26th November12til 3pm. There are still a few stalls available to crafters or general traders. Big school with large catchment area in Meersbrook. Will be well advertised. Please contact me if interested.

  8. I am a member of Carfield Friends PTA (Meersbrook). We are holding a Christmas Fair on Saturday 26th November 12-3pm. Stalls are available at £10 plus donation of a raffle prize. This promises to be a well attended event with a great festive atmosphere. If you are an artist or crafter or have something nice to sell, please message me with details and I will get back to you.

     

    We are also keen to attract anyone willing to perform magic, sing, storytellers etc willing to perform for free (big ask! :)).

     

    Does anyone have a barrel organ, candy floss machine to hire out? Any suggestions to help make our fundraiser festive and fun would be great.
