very true and lesson learnt the hard way thanks for the link as well i just wanted to make everyone else aware of the problem of cash converters:rant: so they dont get burnt by there underhand unethical illagl ways of working that they dont seem to be bothered by and are happy to run with

if its the same one that comes to the rotherham store in canklow then i was not impressed by him we brought a meat pack and ok the chops tased good but the sizes of the cuts and the joint left much to be desierd not impressed and wont bother again

i wanted to share with everyone some info on cash converters i have had a problem with my one well lots to tbh. over this year so far i know my one is in rotherham but i expect you have one near you as well and they are all owned by the same person so be carfull... the first problem was i placed an xbox 360 in for a month as needed some cash fast when we came to getting it back there was a problem THIS ITEM HAD BEEN STOLEN from the back of the store by there own staff... i got one in the end but 3 weeks later and no compenasstion either the next one we put aside a laptop starting making payments and relised we could not aford it just yet cash is tight for everone, but i thought thats ok as they state on the back of there forms that all cash will be paid back in full by way of credit note..... there is no mention of any sercharge or fees and clearly says you get back the FULL amount paid to date WELL that was not the case we got told there would be a £20 charge as the laid away goods have gone down in vaule and when i pointed out this is not in the contrarct they got very funny with us they became theatering towards us and then only after i said i was going to the press and watch dog with ti and trading standards they gave us the full amount of £50 back but banned us from the store can you belive the cheack of it over the last 3 years we have been very good customers spending a small fourtune in the store... ANYONE else had the same or simual problems with this sotre in rotherham or your loacal one ............ please share and let everyone know

i was at driffiled last week and they are flying them from there at the moment so i would say that it was a from or going there

they send out new cards with updated chips to stop the free loadsers and the abuse of pepole who just get it installed and dont ever pay a bill that way getting the fre side of it free completly
