  1. I have recently read No Time for Goodbye which was amazing and within a week after I'd completed the first 3 books of the twilight saga. I am now reading Too Close to Home by Linwood Barclay before reading the final book of the twilight saga.
  2. I've recently left Birley Community College and am glad that I no longer have to walk home at 3pm when the parents are picking up all the children as on many occasions cars have mounted the pavement because of the amount of people driving up to the school gates. It is even worse when the weather is bad as you have even more cars due to the lazy teenagers I have to go to school with. I have never had a lift up to or from school in the whole 5 years and I think more teenagers need to use their legs. I understand people concerns for blocking driveways as even though I do not live near the school, but live near a dentist we often have people blocking off half of our drive and when I ask if they could move back a bit (as there is plenty of space to do so) they look at me blankly as if I am speaking a different language. I think drivers need to be more careful and considerate to the residents in that area.
  3. A* 10/10 thats good as I have my math exam in a few weeks, means I have actually understood everything. Hope get that in my exam need an A at least for college
  4. My neighbor has conifers that block the sun from our garden and we have asked over the last few years for them to be cut back on several occasions and now we have finally got sick of it. Because of this i was wondering if anyone knows the legal height of conifers in a garden? Thank you.
  5. I've never had any trouble with Vodaphone and i'm currently using free weekends and I only spend about £2.50 a week, I would advise to be careful if you choose T-mobile especially if you are wanting a contract as my friend had serious problems leading to her now paying of a bill of about £600, which as I checked her phone along with her parents she did not run up. They seemed to add extra charges on to her phone bill.
  6. i bought the film day it came out, i love it and it made me go and buy the books. My friends all tell me that the books are better than the film so in my opinion the books are going to be amazing. Looking forward to the next film to come out at the end of the year
  7. Duffy is the artist who irritates me the most ever. Also Slipknot and all bands like that, cant understand a word they are saying half of the time.
  8. Both my neighbors have Japanese Akita's and they are so different, one side is a family with young kids and is a very calm, friendly pet but the other neighbors use the dog as a guard dog and it is more aggressive, I think it depends on how the Akita is raised by the family really even if Japanese Akita's were originally Japanese fighting dogs.
  9. As a sixteen year old I have an idea about getting an attitude and I noticed that I got an attitude along with most of the other people knew when I was thirteen. Lads did seem worse as they wanted girls to notice them and they thought that they were better than anyone else. All teenagers want other people around them to notice them and want to seem to be the 'coolest' when all they are are the most arrogant and the one with the biggest attitude. Others reasons could be school either with the work that they are being set including homework or other people. Also it could be a teacher that doesn't seem to listen or pay attention when he is having trouble, as if it is a person at school make sure that the teachers aren't ruled out. If he gets in an attitude because he wants to go out with him but he hasn't tidied his room or other reason then compromise, it doesn't have to be much but to him it will mean more as he most likely will want a bit more freedom. This is probably what I would have wanted when I was thirteen and I felt my attitude got worse due the fact i wasn't allowed out with my friends because of things that really weren't that much of a big deal but still lead to arguments. I think my attitude improved when I got my paper round as I had a responsibility and something that meant i didn't have to rely on my parents for money. This could help to calm the attitude. Hope that this helps.
  10. I normally have either: - Cheese and Red Onion with salad cream/coleslaw and lettuce sandwich or - Pepperoni, lettuce and coleslaw sandwich always on seeded bread with a packet of crisps, biscuit and a bottle of water.
  11. I'll have to check out the new book when i'm next in my aunties shop, my favorites "Anan" easiest to sell at shows and so much fun all the young children love it.
  12. Lion King is amazing, the outfits and colour, and the whole presentation. Loved it.
  13. i used to collect anything and everything until this past year where i have decided to collect Charlie Bears. It makes it easy to collect them as my Auntie owns The Bear Emporium at Ridgeway. Charlie Bears are also affordable for me as i am only 16 and dont get paid that much.
  14. I would agree with justk but then again i would be biased as she is my auntie. i have seen many of the bears and the reactions of the people after they have come to collect them. All bears get TLC and a certificate to say they have been the teddy bear hospital. Any more questions about bear repairs or the bear emporium itself send me a message as i am always happy to help. And you never know you might see me and my mum in the shop one day.
  15. the reason teens have nowhere to go is because youth centres are being closed, leaving them to hang about on the street. My Youth centre is only open twice a week due to the funding they have. If youth centres could get extra funding to be open more often then some of the problems would go as it is getting the teens off the streets. Last year i helped organize an awards ceremony for young people by the young people. It praised young people on improved behavior, musical, art and other talents and achievements. This was positive step for the young people in Sheffield and more events like this should be held.
