re internet problems and occasional outages reboot your modem and then take a look at the following two sites speedtest.net or Speed.io (i would do both) - if your speed it outside of the 10% leeway of the plan your paying for (and your not out in the back of beyond) ring them and get them too look into it and don't let them fob you off with the "up to" comments either as thats just customer service talk for "we dont want to deal with this" Also check pingtest.net watch for excessive jitter and packet loss. If you have any packet loss, ring VM, that indicates possible line problems, if their fix routes don't work ask them to have someone check that the LMB isn't over subscribed as that is a common cause of problems whenever I have looked into a problem with them same thing with excessive jitter. (this assumes wired connections btw)

Yep there isn't many like em, one or two of the other smaller firms may be a lil cheaper on occasion but I'd rather pay te extra for the brilliant customer service, makes all the difference

The point I was making is that regardless of the charge if it's more then the actual ticket should cost the company is getting more then the 50p they should so it's all extra for the profit margins

Look te law is very clear. The key part is the kid was hit by the car. As far as the law is concerned that is an incident, regardless if you think otherwise the letter of the law is clear and thus what the driver is supposed to do is also.
