We are looking for someone who can perform the classics Van Morrison etc through to David Gray Killers etc. As it's our wedding we want someone with previous experience and references. Any suggestions of performers or agencies?

I'm looking at the Viewpoint estate off Myrtle Rd in Heeley(-ish). Does anyone live in that area? on that estate? I've heard some bad reviews car crime break ins etc. I would appreciate an honest opinion before we commit!

Hi i'm in the process of buying one of the Elton's! I agree with Mrs M i have been making myself ill with all the worry! is it the right area, do we like the house! Will our garden ever get the sun! Typical woman! We managed to negotiate what we thought was a good price on the Elton but they keep moving the price round! Did any of you experience this? it must have changed about 4 times in the last 8 weeks! Now it doesn't look like such a good deal so i'm thinking of going back for carpets etc! It's our first house and we love it just wish the whole process was less stressfull!!

Hi we are thinking of buying an Elton on the site. We've got the price down to 130k but the sale prices have fluctuated so much it's hard to tell whether that's a good deal. We like the estate and the area that's not a problem but we've also heard that a number of Carlton's were sold before xmas for close to £130 obviously to help hit targets in this ecomnomic crisis. looking for some advice really i've been round and round in circles trying to make a decision! Hi, We are looking at the new builds on the Viewpoint estate in Heeley. It's an Elton we are interested and have got the price down to 130k. We where all set to go ahead with the sale but we are hearing that they have been selling the Carlton for less than this price (Which doesn't surprise me in this economic situation). The prices seem to fluctuate so much it hard to get a handle on what they have been selling at. Does anyone have any experience of buying on this estate or of the area in general? I'm new to this so thanks in advance
