wonders if its to do with the snow which has been forecast? Thats the only reason i can think of but if that is the case then i think people go over the top with panic buying etc.

would love to go up the top of Ringinglow,Derbyshire and Hathersage to have a look around but i bet its impassable.... Would also love to see some pics if I cannot get up there myself.

I agree with Boutique. All of Netheredge was generally a lovely place at one time. The rot has set in though and the larger houses are more desirable but thats down to finances. I know I could not afford one! Amenities are good with nearby pubs, shops and a new Tesco express? (dont quote me)being proposed right opposite the Abbeydale Road end of empire Road. I have family there and was situated in that area and it was not that bad when I was in my teens. We were burgled once in 30 odd years and as Shadow says, boy racers are a problem in the area. I think its fair to say the deeper you go into Netheredge the more aesthetically pleasing it becomes. Ive probably missed some bits but really cannot think what else to say. Oh... traffic is usually a nightmare on Abbeydale Road -anywhere between the Spar shop and Carterknowle Road. good luck.

Has anyone else recently suffered/had a nasty flu type virus that makes you feel shocking? Ive just got through the worst and hope its over because ive never felt so ill in my life! My symptoms were... Dizzyness... excessive cold sweats that lasted for about three days, aches and pains and a chesty cough.. Ive not even watched the news ive been so out of it.. Cheers all

Hi all. Ive got a bonsai tree that ive managed successfully for abour six years. It has always been in the same bright spot on the floor in a pot but on looking at it the other day Ive noticed that the leaves have dried up... I am trying to establish if this is because... 1)The plant has got too hot because of the heating being on (its not a hot room anyway) or 2) If the temperature and draughts have become too low for the plant to be comfortable. (Or fluctuation and constant change in room temperature) I have some plant feed but dont reallly know if that will help it? This plant has sentimental value and i would graciously appreciate any help.. Thank you. p.s The type is.......Sagarethia Theezans

Im afraid I havent put mine up yet and I would probably have put them up round about nowish but theres personal reasons for that.
