Medusa, the SCC paid for the upgrades so I presume its still council owned? or does the council have money to throw at private ventures?

Can anyone tell me why on the same week as Burngreave New Deal closes its door, the council is putting further money into SOAR? What are the public actually getting from SOAR; apart from the white elephant community centres that people don't use and they cannot keep open as no thought was made how to resource them? Perhaps its the manager's family links to the city council that has swung the balance? Also can someone explain what this money is to be used for? as it is not clear other than plans to expand the boundries of their influence to swallow up CNF and start to eat into the void left by BND being closed?

I notice that since the frontage of Tesco's on Herries road has been done up, people are ignoring the disabled parking signs and abusing the bay. Is there anything that can be done about it? Also I understood it, the bay needed yellow lines around it too? Currently the lines are white; does that need changing too?
