Would like to recommend Sam Webster, a Electrician from Chapeltown. Has done a superb job fitting external and internal lighting and timer switches. Punctual, tidy work and competitive pricing too. Really nice guy. Would highly recommend.

Recommendation for garden landscaping & artificial turf I've just had my garden landscaped by Steve Peacock of Peacocks Gardens and can highly recommend him. Tel 07779 218012 Steve is very knowledgable, very fair and his prices are very competitive. The quality of his workmanship is amazing. We've already had several neighbours asking for his details! His work included fencing, paving and artificial turf - I saw many examples from others who quoted and nothing came close to the quality, look & feel of the turf he uses. Brilliant in every way. We couldn't be more pleased.

Hi, We used Blundells in Chapeltown to sell our home in 2011/12. The valuer was superb but everything else they did was hopeless. I would never use them again. We had 9 viewings in total in almost 2 years. Only 6 through work by Blundells, the rest were drive-by's. Little effort to push our property. Of the 9 viewings, they failed to collect any feedback on 4 viewings. On the 5 they did, they didn't even pass on the feedback to us. It was only in having a catch up a few months later that the valuer admitted that the feedback was sat on their computer and he had no idea why no-one had given it to us. Of the 6 viewings generated through them, 3 of the couples hadn't been passed the brochure/pictures by Blundells despite asking for them. With the people who bought our house, I ended up doing most of the chasing myself! In summary - great valuer who really knew the market. The team behind him were totally useless.

I would like to recommend Jeff Smith the Joiner 07861379796 or 01142203563. Jeff has just put a laminate floor down in our kitchen and utility room, including moving the skirting and fitting into existing floor units etc. Jeff was very knowledgable, his work is superb and he arrived on the day that he said he would - even though we booked which day over 2 weeks in advance! The job was also completed on time and in budget. Jeff is very trustworthy and I had no hesitation leaving him in the house on his own throughout. Top bloke and a top job done! Thanks again Jeff.

Hi, I am looking for recommendations for a Sheffield based tradesman who could supply and fit either laminate or wood flooring in our Kitchen & Utility Room. Their fitting service will need to include all finishing such as altering/replacing the skirting boards and bottom of the existing Kitchen units etc. We just have lino down at the moment. We're not sure at this stage whether to have laminate or wood but would be open to advice on the pro's & con's of each. If possible, we would like this doing in the next 4 weeks. Any and all recommendations welcome. If anyone PM's me, please note that there are odd evenings where I cannot access a computer so don't panic if it takes me 48 hours to reply! Thanks in advance.
