Hi Bonny thanks for your response It's very nice to know that there are people out there who understand and the "great outdoors" can be very repucuaritive. I've been helped by someone on this site but don't know how to reply as I don't know how to send a personal message as requested:loopy:

The police are escorting people out one by one now- My friend has done nothing wrong and deserves to be allowed to leave. she's spent a lot of her own money to go to London (trains, Hotels etc) just make a point. She's now been treated like a criminal!

Shanes teeth- sorry I missed the irony! (I'm normally very good at spotting stuff like that:) What I would like to talk about is why are the police preventing my girlfriend at the G20 demonstation from leaving.She's hemmed in with hundreds of other people like sardines by the police-she's been there for hours and obviously there are no toilets or catering:(

Solomon- not the foggiest who Shane is but I think he may be emailing from a secure unit:rolleyes:

Not too sure if Shane likes me very much:cool:There are a lot of experts out there and you can get help through the NHS

Solomon-I'm new to the forum . I didn't know these threads existed and working my way round the site. Thank you for pointing this out and I feel a bit of a fool. I presume it's not me when you're referring to "want to kill everyone"

forget it scoobs- I've spent 2.5 years in counselling and detox due to my divorce and became very unwell. I became very much housebound and was just trying to tell the truth about my situation. I thought walking would help me get out of the house with friendly people -obviously I would not be welcome

Hiya -you could probably tell by my name that I'm banned from driving (divorce) but not a bad bloke. I used to go out into Derbyshire twice a week and loved walking round Monsal Dale and Chatsworth especially (normally with a quick pub stop at the end of it - the Monsal or Devonshire Arms at Beely!) Now the weather is getting better I would like to get out there again. Are there any walking groups who have a transport system?

The Monsal Head hotel is very good ( lovely walks and food)-closely followed by the Cavendish (Bit expensivo though!) the Devonshire Arms at Beely used to be excellent too and does the most brilliant sunday breakfasts with champagne and all the newpapers and you can walk it off by walking it off round Chatsworth after
