i have rent arrears after been left with them after me and my partner split never told me he wasnt paying the rent they r about 600 now really bad im wanting to exchange my house will i beables too with arrears ?? thanks

theres hartley brook tots at the front of hartley brook school i belive its been newly refurbished , monday wed and fridays not sure on times

sorry to interupt hear but i started this thread , and i never mentioned i hated the whole of shiregreen ! actually im not from round hear and was given this house 20months ago and was really scared as of what every 1 says about shiregreen , and u no what i dnt think its bad at all my road is very very quite apart from the mentioned and thats only 1 or 2 nights at the weekend and the only reason i hate it hear is because my freinds and family are too far from me (stocksbridge) to be honest every1 would think stocksbridge is a lovely place to live but probably more crime up there than ive seen in shiregreen just goes to show , u make it sound like u cnt even drive / walk through without being robbed ! lol wat a joker get ur facts straight plz !

are you a complete ass ? So just because i say she is having her mates round means im called billy i dont give a >blank< about her having friends round but when they are waking my children up bein loud and damaging my car then its not funny is it ! Yeah i admit i dont have many friends round hear but so what im with my children so who cares ! I do go out and have a good time but dont come home mouthing in the street i even get out off the taxi at the end of the road and take my high shoes off so i dont disturb any1 especially my toddler ! If you got nothing nice to say dont say it

nope just a young lass and her son and the full yob 2 or 3 times a week

our income isnt high enough to buy at the mo with cred crunch etc and we are only young under 25 only just lol so still time thort about renting but id prefer to exchange just because i have a job does not mean i have to buy and just because im in council / sanctuary doesnt make me a scrubber and yes i will buy when the time is right remember 100% mortgages are still not back !

hartley brook just down from school i thort it was ok but does seem to be getting worse .

i was in homeless accomodation for 6 months then was given this and before i get comments yes we do work :-)

yeah im looking for a exchange back to stocksbridge / deepcar near fam and friends but no look yet
