Dead Man's Shoes live rescore at Magna | WarpFilms10
oily replied to WarpFilms's topic in Evenings Out
Can't wait for this. Just hope that there'll be a decent system in place to buy drinks. Every time I've been to a Magna event, it's been a bit of a nightmare going right back to the Auto festival. -

I'm definitely getting a couple of tickets this week; what time is it expected to finish? -
City centre living, moving back to Sheffield
oily replied to lucymamba's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
I can also recommend Kelham Island. Great vibe, a choice of different developments and near (but not actually in) the city centre. I moved to Sheff in 2008 and loved it down there for a couple of years. -
I've got four days to fill of unadulterated pleasure - what's the best things happening around Sheff this Jubilee weekend?

Is this a good idea? Who do we think the potential candidates might be? Scriven, Blunkett....? -
Xenophobia/racism alive and well in Sheffield.
oily replied to Miss Creant's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Anybody who seriously thinks that Toby Foster is racist needs to give their head a shake. -

Clearly not that early as these dates have been added due to the demand. -
Has anyone tried Relish on Ecclesall road yet?
oily replied to robczlapka's topic in Going out in Sheffield
Went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It was really busy but the service was excellent and the food amazing. We'll definitely be returning. -

I did see that but I'm not sure. Fancy something a bit grimier! -

Cheers. Harley was always gonna be a fall back option so will probably end up there. -

As much fun as that sounds, I'd rather just get a bit giddy and throw a few shapes, ta. -
Is there anything interesting on tomorrow night - it seems a bit quiet. Any raves?

This is, by far, the most interesting thread I have read in a long time. -

I agree - all cyclists could do with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/save-our-cyclists-clamour-for-flood-of-avoidable-road-deaths-to-be-stemmed-2268135.html Personally speaking, cyclists do my head in on an almost daily basis.

Does anybody have any idea about the kind of money platinum is fetching? -
Anybody know what was going on in the Winter Gardens last night? Closed off to the public, lots of music, lights etc.

I've been living in Broomhill for around 9 months and have really enjoyed it - haven't found students or residents to be a problem at all. The place has a really good vibe.

Does any one know if the Damhouse has closed down??
oily replied to dam-house's topic in Going out in Sheffield
On the few occasions that I've been there, the general customer service has been truly appalling. Which is a shame, as it's actually a really nice pub. -
Tank blocks? Snipers? Have a word with yourself. I'm in the city hall and have also just been in the unexpectedly small crowd.

There's nothing like a good, old fashioned moral panic!

Can anyone help with Eng Language A Level?
oily replied to photofanatic's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
From the website, "I am an English graduate with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and plenty experience offering a range of services." Possibly not the best advertisement for somebody who offers a proof-reading service.
