  1. If you can't find the person you can ask the court to dispense with service of the petition if you can demonstrate you have done everything in your power to find him. Another option is asking the Court to order the DWP disclose his current address (only to the Court you won't see it) the Court can serve him then. If you are struggling PM me - I will point you in the right direction. *Meant to say, you have to try and serve the person because they need to know they are divorced or about to be!*
  2. I'm afraid that's not quite right. you would also need to have a financial clean break. Even after Decree Absolute you can make financial claims against one another unless you have a clean break.
  3. Can anyone recommend an interpretation service for work place use? We are having problems with our current provider. We have client's from the world over and so need a good scope of languages. Thanks.
  4. ooo lovely. I will check that out thanks. Any idea what it's called ?
  5. They are two different shops. We've been into Cocoa. Lovely place actually.
  6. They do but they are made in London, not Sheffield unfortunately. Thanks anyway.
  7. Hi, I'm looking for anywhere in Sheffield or even South Yorkshire area that makes their own chocolate. Individual bite sizes peices. Any ideas/pointers please. Obviously not somewhere like Thorntons but a local place. Thanks.
  8. Sorry Raggy, as I say, I take your point on it. I can only repeat what I have said before that in my whole time with JCI no one has ever mentioned anything about God to me. It really is about young professionals wanting to learn and grow and develop their own career by networking and sharing skills with likeminded people. JCI Sheffield is part of an international organisation with over 200,000 member worldworld. An excellent network to be involved in. Developing essential new skills or brushing up on old ones, networking with peers and striving to reach your full potential can be achieved through JCI Sheffield. Thanks Leanne.
  9. You don't need to have a trial, you should just come along to one of our events, chat with the directors and find out more about us. Our annual dinner is on October 9th at Holiday Inn Royal Victoria. PM for more details. Our next 'regular' event will be pub of the month, it's held on the last Thursday of every month, so it'll be the 30th October, starts at 6pm but venue changes each month and we let everyone know by email and website, sometimes text too. It's free to attend and is just an informal get together in a social setting. If you would like me to add you to the mailing list, PM me your email address and you can be kept up to date with what's going on. Once a month we host either a business, community or personal development event too. Payments can be spread monthly by standing order at £8 per month. A lot of people have their work pay where they are able. Other spread payments. It's whatever is best for you. I see your point on the God thing but I really have to say in all the time I've been involved no one has ever mentioned anything like that to me! It's all about like minded young professionals meeting up, networking, learning new skills and get involved in things locally. Please ask if you have any more questions Thanks Leanne.
  10. Hi, I'm a membership director at JCI. It stands for Junior Chamber International. Please have a look at our main website http://www.jciuk.org.uk/ which is better ! Our own local website is a constant work in progress so please bear with us (all those involved in JCI are volunteers and do it in a spare time!) We are nothing to do with God or religion - where did you see that Stockers ?!?! It's just £8 per month and we have monthly events plus pub of the month every month. You are welcome to come and try us first. Please ask if you want to know anything more. Thanks Leanne.
  11. We're going to negotiate on it and try and pay less and also after the event so we know we have got good service. rakane, I'd prefer not to say where it is - it's not in Sheffield though but is in England.
  12. the 10% is listed in our terms and conditions stating we would have to pay it. i don;t mind paying something if we get a very good service but we will only know this after the event. we really want this venue and not sure what to do now.
  13. We are ready to book our wedding and have been told that we will need to pay a 10% gratuity charge on all food and drink. We're told this is standard practice but I feel it's a lot to ask when we don't know if they'll be any good with the service yet or not ! Has anyone else comes across this ? Is it standard practice ? Thanks in advance for any help
  14. just wondering if those who said there was nothing wrong with the place feel a bit silly now after watching the programme and knowing the tapas they ate was re heated slop from a bucket ?
  15. ahhh so there we go. Tackless phone calls? yes. Crimes? No. At least these two have a sense of humour not like the rest of the boring BBC
