Been a couple of times, really like it and the food is amazing and the staff are lovely. It does get a bit noisy though when it’s busy, the sound just seems to bounce around, quite echoey. Worth a visit though if you’re in the area.

There’s a nice walk from Hope to Castleton. Also Derwent/Ladybower full circuit is a fantastic day out. Start at the visitor centre and keep the reservoir on your right

Dog friendly pubs & cafes in Sheffield.
Bad_Hair_Day replied to Blackhawk's topic in Going out in Sheffield
The Holt on Sidney Street is very dog friendly -
6x4 garden shed available free for collection. It will need sprucing up a bit - the roof will need re-felting as it has leaked over the winter, and there is a split in one of the panels of the back wall. It has been taken down so is now flat packed and ready to go. Collection from Beauchief.

There’s a nice little pub crawl now - the Millhouses, The Robin Hood & The Waggon - all good pubs with great choice of drinks & food ??

I'm a dog walker and my insurance covers me for up to 6 dogs at any one time, which can be walked off lead with written consent from the owner (this is included in my paperwork that I ask the customer to complete). Even though I'm insured for up to 6 dogs, I do not take more than 3 at a time as this is the most I feel comfortable with and feel the dogs get more of my attention. Other walkers may have different conditions on their insurance, but it certainly is possible to be insured for dogs being off lead.

He was in the 6th form at City School when I started in the 1st year in 1980. He was always a bit quirky, wore his school uniform but looked cool with it, with his glasses and spikey hair and I seem to remember he wore those black school pumps all the time aswell! His band Arabacus Pulp were our school band and often put on a concert in the school hall.

They've been filming for this at abbeydale sports club as well, apparently some of the changing rooms are still from the 1940's so we're perfect for it. -

Hi, my niece is visiting from Australia and would like to hire a car - does anyone know of any local hire companies who would rent one to her? The main rental places only seem to rent to over 25s. Thanks -
Recovering photos from camera memory

Have you tried connecting camera to a laptop/pc using the cable that came with it? You should then be able to get the files off the device. -
Seems things have changed since they reopened last month. Went in yesterday and aswell as being able to get food in the restaurant they now also have a Bar Menu serving pizzas & burgers (& roasts on Sundays) in the bar area from 12 everyday. Big thumbs up from me!

Have a look at this on the council's website - it covers what's needed to apply for a licence to board animals. https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/business-economy/licensing/general-licensing/animal-welfare/animal-boarding-establishments.html

Hi all, I have just started a dog walking and small pet care service in the Beauchief & Millhouses areas. I am fully insured, DBS checked and have a Dog First Aid certificate. I offer dog walking (30 or 60 mins) either solo walks or group (max of 3 dogs). I also offer at-home pet care for smaller domestic pets and can call to your home to exercise and feed pets, and clean litter trays/hutches etc while you are away. Please see my website for further details http://www.hutcliffehounds.co.uk or find me on Facebook. Many thanks for your support,

The Steam Yard on Division Street allow dogs inside, and the Devonshire Cat does aswell (although that's a pub, not a cafe). -
Just bouncing this as the website for Westfield has recently changed: http://www.westfieldphotographicclub.co.uk New members always welcome - meetings are held on Tuesday nights at the Joseph Stone Centre in Mosborough.

Where can I print some documents in Sheffield?
Bad_Hair_Day replied to Bad_Hair_Day's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Libraries of course - I never thought of that! Many thanks - I'll pop over and get it sorted. -
I have 3 laurel trees leftover from a garden project which I have no room for. They are over 6ft high and cost me £25.00 each, if anyone would like them I will sell them half price for £12.50 each. Collection only from Beauchief, S8. ---------- Post added 07-08-2016 at 08:41 ---------- Thanks for all the interest, these have now gone
