my husband dont go biking where people take their dogs- unless people are that silly to walk their dogs on forrest land. also my husbands 28 years old and very mature- not everyone with a quad drives like these 'morons' and with my son on the front of it with him, hes very unlikely to belt it doing 100mph. whats wrong with quad bikes? if were such a prob why are they not banned? were not all classed as rif-raf and they bikr together as a hobby/ interest- not cos theyre just burgled your house and are doing one on fields nore drinking in the woods..........

leave this issue to the police. it isnt your problem unless these biker are out of control- but we are all not like these

i read a thread the other day regards illegal bikers in high green west woods. I didnt have a clue what the problem was as so many complained of this so went down to see the place. To be honest i dont see what the problem is. at the end of the day the place would be alright for bikes to go riding. its quiet, discreet and off the roads where they could cause serious danger. Ok theres some people that really make a persona life hell on those fields but why are we all being discrminnated for their behavoiur. My husband has bought a quad bike and regurly takes our 3yr old son on the bike on fields just like these. both my husband and son wear the correct gear, they are both very quiet and are considerate to passers by by slowing down or stopping and we do respect other people and cause no harm to anyone. just a bit of father- son bonding. whats the harm in that and considering there are no legal places to go in sheffield who are we hurting? But the one thing that got me was the fact that in a recent thread i read theres middle aged men hiding in the west wood taking pictures or footage of these bikes. I mean, its alright him going on about illegal bikers but correct me if im wrong but what hes doing is hiding in bushes filming youths (or should i put it, minors) riding a bike. I mean dont that seem more illegal to film boys, lads, youths, men with their sons??? I tell you now i know where you are and if i find you filming or taking pictures of my little boy I'll be strait down the cop shop with your address name and your post to proove your some kind of peeping tom and will have an injunction againt this. I mean, to me this is a good excuse for some perv to be hiding in some bush filming young lads... now please stop filming, illegal bikers or not- you aint quite squeeky clean yourself and you can say you havent done anything wrong before. you know who you are!!!

firstly, how old is your child? if hes 5 or under se you health visitor and see if they can refer him to a development assessment to see if he actually has a disibility or he is a 'difficult child'. my son can be a challenge at times and sees someone tuesday to see if its just his behaviour or if he may have difficulties with hearing, speech and seeing things. this may be better and although it seems quite frightening- its better for your child that he is to be having this kind of support. also try the locl surestart as they can have family support workers that can give you different advice on eductaion and behaviour etc. if he is older than this im so sorry i cant help. my sons nerly 4 so im not that experienced with the older children. maybe go to a few school and see what they can offer your son with one to one basis and i have noticed that a school in a wealthier area get more and better education. Im currently living firth park and i dont think im personally happy with any schools there for my son (not saying there rubbish just for me personally wanting the best for him). i went to woodseats primary and they were highly educated and have all the right and upto date equipment to help with learning etc. so i put him in there so he gets more attention and gets the right learning. hope this helps wihtout sounding snobby,lo xxx

if shes been offered a council house on manor i dont think shes got a choice but to take it anyways or she'll get put back downt the list. When i first moved to sheffield last year i moved to manor- didnt know thr area but kept myself to myself and never got any bother. to be honest after moving to firth park/ shiregreen i definately would move back to manor. only moved due to tenancy runing out and never got it renewed. worse places in sheffield

if this did happen then i think this man was targetted by someone. if the man with the cash wasnt flashing it about it would have never been robbed. i think this is a one- off and not a scam people are pulling off these days. too complicated and not everyones that dumb to walk out of a bank flashing money infront of people. Next time any money gets wothdrawn put it into a pocket or something and is someone that looks like theyre about to rob you stops you, threaten with police and they will go- these are cowards and wont hang around.

hi ive recently moved and am after advice on gas and electric companies. I don't like N-POWER and prefer to keep away form BRITISH GAS due to the things ive heard about them ripping customers off . But im unsure what other gas and electric comapies are out there any great advice would be much appreciated as im wanting to register the gas and electric today. Also any water companies out there besides yorkshire water? sorry for all the questions, i havent lived in yorkshire very long and am unsure what services are available to me

im not stupid, i obvioualy dont buy off streets- id go to someone selling in a promotion and i wouldnt buy ifthey didnt smell lik. im n of those people that will rip into all the perfumes to smell it all first before buying and the stuff i bought the other day was really nice. was supposed to be kylies new one but smelled mre like j-lo, but im not bothered cant moan for the price.
