Do you have any of your own opinions or knowledge of this matter? You could have at least changed the wording.... You are not given a CRO - criminal record - number following a speeding offence and it is not recorded on the police national computer.

Speeding is not a criminal offence, it is a motoring offence, which is, indeed, heard in a magistrates court. You do not have a criminal record following a speeding offence. However these: ARE criminal offences.

Sorry - which logic are you referring to? Did you get all that from me asking if the speed camera that someone else was talking about was in Wombwell? Maybe you should do a quick search of my previous posts and thoughts on speed cameras before you make such a sweeping observation?

If you crashed into a horse, wouldn't it all rely on your insurance? Fair point about horse mess/motorbikes, btw. Not something I had thought of.

I think people just can't be arsed to have the same arguments over and over again.

I'm not a horse rider, and there is no comparison between dog mess (which is dangerous and disgusting - mainly from being fed a meat diet) and horse mess (which is basically just hay). As for minding horses on the road, like Dozy says, I don't chance upon them very often, and when I do, it doesn't take much out of my day to just slow down a bit.

Sorry, it seems like I'm just picking on you.... I'm not. If you had a limited amount of money to put into the placement of speed cameras - would you place them on the roads that have had a number of deaths and serious injuries - over the ones that have the potential for death and serious injury?

Not true. If you were fined for speeding, you'd have a motoring offence under your belt. Not a crime. You wouldn't be a criminal. Same with urinating in a public place. Graffitti is another matter - that's classed as criminal damage. By the way, I'm not condoning speeding (or urinating for that matter) - just pointing out your inaccuracies.

Tab1. I wouldn't say that the majority of people are haters, it's just that those that are, are drawn to this type of thread. Keep up the good work, and know that people do support your views even if they can't be bothered to argue about it on a thread.

He's one of mine. And those designers who are VILE to anyone who dares to dislike their designs. Justin and Colin. Spoilt brats. They think that - if they demand something - it doesn't matter whether it is physically possible on the budget they have, it MUST happen. Because THEY say so. Ooooh I'm getting angry just thinking about them.
