Don't doubt any of this. But it is not the experence of everyone. However for anyone choosing an agent now why deal with someone that has been prepared to use the pre-packaged administration and phoenix company route to avoid paying debts yet continue trading? What does that tell you about the integrity and the business competence of that person in getting into that position in the first place? Agents who act like this deserve their actions publicising more widely. Otherwise their actions have no consequence except for the creditors they leave out of pocket. There are plenty of good and reputable agents out there who would not dream of acting like this, so why use one that would? Advice to anyone reading this is simple. If in any doubt at all avoid and just use another agent!
