Avoid Harveys like the plauge, bought mine from there last year, went faulty in 3 months and took them nine months to replace it, the customer service is abismal, as is the after sales and as for the manager, well, where he went to customer service school I'll never know. Rude, surly and completely uninterested. Now the new one has arrived the foot stool is a different type and colour of leather to the rest of the suite, the feet couldn't be fitted to the settee when it was delivered as they had "forgeotten" to put the nuggets in. This was reported to harveys within ten minutes of it being delivered, it took them three weeks to make an appointment to sort it anbd that was only after I threatened to have them come back and pick it up.

im afraid i cant name and shame um i can handle meself but he was alot bigger than me and ive run outa baseball bats lol

always best to go with recognised tradesmen .i had someone from this site to come out to fit a lounge carpet for me he turned up with just a blunt stanley knife no van or even a car and i looked at my partner she looked at me and we both cringed had to tell him no thanks mate sooooooooo odd . if i turned up to fit a new complete bathroom suite armed with a plunger think peeps would think i was i little odd huh . lol i did manage to get a proffesional carpet fitter that day who has done a fantastic job and was quick.i feel relieved that i managed to get the chap from here out my house with no damage done. omg wots the world coming to lolol

marvellous, I'm waiting on some replacement parts for my kitchen, tried customer services and just get dead tone. Dunno what to do now.

ive found agencies a total waste of time since registering with some all i tend to get is junk emails. steve.
