  1. There is so much venom on this forum it is untrue. Every thread seems to end up slagging off people . This party is more than likely just a bit of fun - why don't you all just chill out, there really is no need to take life so seriously. I cannot believe that you start a thread accusing this party of being discriminative & then end it by doing just that to another set of people. The hypocrisy.... .
  2. Totally agree. The only reason people go to nights like climax are because they are gay which causes the organisors not to have to put any effort in. Gay club music in sheffield is abosolute ****!
  3. I am looking for a quality bakery in Sheffield that offers high quality produce & some more unusual breads (ciabattas/herb breads etc)? I am looking for a new cafe bar operation so if anyone can reccomend a supplier? Cheers
  4. Indie DJ required for new night. Please contact; [email protected] any reccomendations gratefully recieved. Cheers Charlie
  5. Does anyone know how much moist is going to be?
  6. Don't forget people..a new gay night starts next Saturday. Barbara&soos Saturday 26th February, 2005 10pm - 2am Pop, house, disco & electro. There will be super drag, roller skating bunnys and gourgues people. Only £4.99 entry. Official pre bar is the Lounge on West Street.
  7. Speed Dating event at the Forum next week. Age restriction has been lifted to 30 due to public demand! All of the girls tickets have been sold but we are still looking for guys! £5.00 including a glass of bubbles or a beer. 8pm - 10.30pm Monday February 14th, 2005. Followed by 80's Shag Tag disco.
  8. Massive thank you to everyone who came and supported the charity event at the Forum on Sunday. It was a brilliant day and we managed to reach the target for the appeal. All the bands, DJ's, sound engineers, dancers, entertainers, staff, supporting companies (including sheffieldforum) & customers. It was a brilliant day!! Thank you Thankyou
  9. Both the Forum & the Halcyon on Division Street are oindependently owned and operated. An increasingly rare thing nowadays!
  10. During the Tsunami Appeal fundraiser on Sunday 6th February, we will be offering a chance for people to get down and practice their salsa moves between 7pm - 9pm. During this time there will also be a mean rueda (group salsa dancing) demonstration so please everyone come down and show support, shake your ritmos latinos and help make loads of money for the cause!
  11. Check out Shout! for details of both events including a new gay night called Barbara&soos last saturday of every month. Its going to be wild and only £5 AND on a saturday. Hopefully see you all there.. It looks like after years of waiting we might just be getting a choice about where we go!!!
  12. On a less charitable note I hear they've a speed dating night on Valentine's day (Mon 14th Feb for all lads who are bound to forget!) which I got my ticket for the other day. There was array of fine ladies getting tickets at the same time...a fiver well spent me thinks! theres a speed dating event at the Forum on valentines day...maybe your friend should try it...
  13. Please see post in Notices & Events for new gay night starting in February. Barbara&Soos its going to be fooking brilliant..
