  1. I know of two that live in Walkley, depends what sort of thing you want doing.
  2. I can assure you I didn't run to the mods complaining unlike some people I don't ask for threads to be pulled, I took the stick and answered in my own defence. I wasn't posting about my beliefs because even after 45 years I don't know what my beliefs are, just trying to make people aware of the new legislations. Plus I was merely pointing out the fact that people can be rude about all manner of topics not just mediums and religion.
  3. It is the one quoted on Rotherham Ghosts site which is the one on our site. Thanks Rich for keeping location secret as it was really in a bad state of repair. Great venue such a shame we had some good nights there didn't we guys?
  4. Although I find graveyards etremely interesting especially at night; I would say that they are probably the least likely place to be haunted being as the inhabitants were already dead, an empty shell, when they were placed there. Only my opinion of course
  5. Sometimes people just want to sit in their cars and spend some time with their thoughts. Something I really think would be handy would be a toilet in the cemetary cos often there is nowhere to go when you are bursting limits the time you can spend at you loved ones grave.
  6. there are people working on it. You have to be careful you don't fall down the holes the way it is. But they are trying to make it better, so that it can be a decent last resting place
  7. We have bee there several times I like cemetaries spent a lot of time in them as a kid
  8. Fair comment I don't necessarily hear things and I apologise if I gave anyone that impression I just know things that do appear to be right and are confirmed as right by the people they are given to and or their families. I can't say whether I believe in the afterlife because I have never been there. To answer someone elses post they said I believe in the supernatural; again I can only say I think there is something but I don't know exactly what. This is why I spend time doing paranormal investigations, questioning everything, experimenting with the affects of different kinds of energy. I check all information that I get, receive, know, hear whatever you like to call it. I have been known to spend hours in the library trying to verify things I have picked up on. I myself want the proof, I want to know what it is and where it comes from and I have spent years searching for this proof. If any of you think I'm a fraud or exploiting people then that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. I have spent years trying to help many of them at my own expense. We all need money to live on. I have always worked at what you may call a proper job until physical ill health stopped me from doing this. Now I offer my time and my skills, I teach therapies, healing, etc. which like other people who offer their particular skills I need to be paid for to live. If I didn't work and pay my insurance stamps and taxes what other alternative is there? I do not cheat anyone they are all asked if they are happy with the service I have provided and if they are not they don't pay, that applies to my readings as well.
  9. I have never exploited anybody and if you can call an average of 1 reading a week a living then the cost of living must have dropped drastically without me noticing
  10. I don't believe in God and I am not a spiritualist, so I bet that will get a few people confused. I am smack bang in the middle. I get stick from people who don't believe and stick from people who do.
  11. I wasn't actually advertising my services I was trying to let people know about the new legislations. I am not looking for clients, please read the original post About Legislation for Mediums and Healers. Thank you
  12. I was just trying to get the information to as many people as possible. But like I said this isn't about the mediumship. It seems that a lot of people can be quite nasty to others in general i.e. saying that if you live in a certain area than you must fall into a certain catergorie. believe me after being a medium all my life and working in the field for 45 years I have become quite thick skinned. I am open to constructive criticism but not downright rudeness. I would have thought that if this forum is all things to all people then it is a good a place as any to reach certin areas of the community. Not having a dig at anybody, just saying that sometimes the debate can become quite one sided and nasty.
  13. P.S> The thread I started was aimed at the mediums, psychics, tarot card readers, healers, etc on this forum as I know there are quite a few. I am trying to help the situation and I don't expect to be pulled to bits or have to defend myself for it.
  14. I am open to constructive criticism but I don't expect to be hung drawn and quartered. And who has proved you can't contact the dead - without an element od doubt? Because I certainly can't prove you can I can only give people what I know to be right about someone who has passed. Anyway this thread isn't about that. It is about peoples bloody mindedness and intolerance of almost everything including where you live.
  15. I hate the fact they are pulling down all the old buildings, they are this country's heritage. Our stamp on the future, what we were, how we lived. Instead we get these glass, steel and plastic, monstrosities, and more office blocks than we know what to do with.
  16. It seems whenever you post anything on Sheffield forum the Lynch mob comes out. It doesn't matter whether you post a normal question or something bazaar. Whether it is about Mediums, Parsons Cross, London or the state of the economy instead of being able to thrash out your ideas it turns into a lynch mob, almost a hate campaign. No wonder people don't like going out at night its not the yobs they've got to worry about its the Sheffield forum debaters looking to string them up. I have always liked a good debate but try it on here and it gets ridiculous and turns into a personal attack on anyone that doesn't conform or fit in with certain ideals. I am a Medium, originally from London, working as a Medium, Healer, Teacher of Psychic stuff and Writer now living in Sheffield on Parsons Cross and I am also a witch. So according to recent discussions I guess that makes me a Cockney fraud, fakester, false hoper, dole scrounging, cheating, weirdo, no good scum of the earth, living in a scruffy dirty pigsty. What hope have I got of having a decent discussion on here? Don't get me wrong there are some lovely people on here, but please the rest of you remember everybody is entitled to live their lives as they choose just because their chosen career isn't the same as yours it doesn't make them a fake, fraud or cheat (although I agree there are many out there in all kinds of trades, I mean look at the people who have cheated pensioners out of money for repairs that don't need doing). Just because someone comes from, or lives in, a certain area it doesn't mean they should be tarred with the same brush as the 'bad people' you have met from that area. Please lets have a bit more toleration for people with different ideas or beliefs as I presume you would expect them to be tolerant of yours. Oh and by the way the handle is Sacred Earth not Scared Earth. Thanks
  17. I get information about people who have died but maybe you can tell me how it works I wish I knew, I hope maybe one day I will find out for sure.. Not being religious I cannot say it is God given. Call it being a medium , a channel or what ever you wish. Mediumship is a term that is given to what I do.
  18. I don't claim to know where it comes from I just seem to get relevant information which seems to relate to the people who have passed away I really do wish I could explain it but sorry I can't. I can only say that I believe it to be tapping in to some kind of energy. It is not mind reading because often people have to ask a third party before they know whether it is right or not. I don't stand there and say I am getting the information fom a dead Indian. I just seem to be told or know what needs to be said to the person having the reading. I am not a headcase and I am not out just to make money. I don't do enough work to make it a financially viable career. Also to answer someone elses question about the crystal. It was a for instance. If you sell a crystal which you claim to be a healing crystal and it does not heal that particular ailment it could be classed as fraud. The face painting reference was just my poor attempt at bringing a bit of humour into the situation
  19. Not necessarily, I expect the regulations will come into force to cover all these at some stage. i.e. damage to your ears from the drumming and trades description for face painting if the tiger doesn't look like a tiger or Yoda hasn't got any ears. !!!!!!!
  20. That would be in contravention of the religious act
