No I wouldn't. They (the DVLA) wrote the Highway Code, to which I am abiding.
-
Yup. I'm not at all convinced it was an inside job, but it could easily have been so.
-
What about Dr David Kelly, then?
-
May, not must, so I'm abiding by the code!
-
Pretty sure you should only enter a box junction when the exit is clear, so that you don't stop in it. I could be wrong, long time since I took my theory. But that's how I treat them.

Freemasons banned from Hillsborough enquiry
Macca replied to samssong's topic in General Discussions
I'm sorry - are you under the impression that Masons who weren't involved will be called to give evidence? They wont. The people I've mentioned were involved in the cover up, and used their connections to assist them. As such should not be given further opportunity to propagate their BS. No one - at least not me - is castigating the entire community. As with any society, there are good and bad apples. -
Freemasons banned from Hillsborough enquiry
Macca replied to samssong's topic in General Discussions
I'd imagine it might be to do with the cover-up efforts in the wake of the disaster - within 24 hours Duckenfield (Mason) & Patnick (Senior mason) had corralled the press and leant on them to publish their version of events. The wrong version of events. The version of events that allowed wholly innocent supporters to be blamed. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that some of the newsmen present were Masons, too. What evidence of worth can these people offer, when we already know they used their influence to drive the narrative, rather than to see justice done? -
Alan Wadge - Free Art around Sheffield
Macca replied to RyoHazuki's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
Long time no SF! But I was lucky enough to find one of Alan's works yesterday at lunch. I like the piece, but I think I like the idea of giving away your work more! Kudos, Alan! -
I live within 100 yards of the site. My opinion is based on what has happened this week. Your appraisal of my opinion is based on your personal experiences with different groups of travellers. Spot the difference?!
-
Well, seeing as we are discussing a specific group of people who stayed for three days and haven't seemed to cause anybody any harm, I'm not sure how you have the cheek to call me ignorant. Most of the derogatory posts on this thread are sterotypes, not factual accounts.
-
Mostly from divs who don't live in the area. Same as most threads on here. I found the five or so posts that had actual information in them useful though. I hope they find somewhere to stay.
-
I'm not sure it would make a difference if he lived next door, to be honest.
-
I spoke to our MP, but he said he couldn't see the problem.

Me and my good lady live right next to this camp. As luck would have it, she works in Derby. So if these travellers are indeed French, then this is them, as they left Derby on Wednesday: Travellers arrive Damage claims Notice served Travellers move on

Vaccination warning flyer though post
Macca replied to MattTurner's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
I really wouldn't be worrying about the Mercury content of vaccines. http://www.scienceforums.net/topic/53776-injection-of-mercury/
